"Mama!"

Little Snow came running towards them with a bright look on his face. Seeing such brightness made Shi Enxi return the smile. She already knew the reason behind such a smile but she still couldn't help but find it adorable when she saw how his eyes sparkled in delight when he saw the paper bag that she was holding.

She did promise that she would bring him some snacks. Since she knew that he would directly try to snatch up the paper bag from her, she raised it a bit, to get it away out of his reach.

When the boy saw his mother's action, a small pout appeared on his lips, and instead of reaching out for the food, he hugged his mother's leg. He raised his head and looked at her with his big eyes as he used his charms against her. "Welcome home mama! I missed you!"

Shi Enxi couldn't help but chuckle when she saw how sharp her son became. He was like a small animal who was learning how to think just so he could gain favors from his strict mother.
