As Lin Yueniang ate the food, she chanted the words get pregnant to herself repeatedly, and she actually managed to finish the entire plate.

After she'd finally swallowed the last mouthful, she looked at the empty plate and suddenly felt like crying.

"Your Highness…" She sniffled, and her coquettish voice was filled with great misery. She paired this voice with her pretty and pitiful-looking face, so she really looked very helpless.

Most men would have gone numb at this sight.

But Zhao Yuanjing didn't even raise an eyebrow.

He lazily raised a hand and said, "Say it. What request do you have?"

Lin Yueniang's heart leaped for joy. She looked smugly at Filial Lady Guo of Excellence, then replied, "The orchids in my room are in bloom, and I've also made several exquisite little snacks, so I'd like to ask Your Highness to stay to try the snacks while viewing the orchids."

But today, the Crown Prince had actually acceded to her request.

She quickly got up to see her other guests out.

She didn't wait to be chased out but quickly got up and left with her maids.

Lin Yueniang ordered her servants to clear the place, then took the Crown Prince to her bedroom to look at the flowers.

There were two pots of expensive orchids in her room.

He glanced casually at the flowers for a bit, then sat down on a chair lazily, holding a teacup in his hands. His cold phoenix-shaped eyes weren't particularly focused on anything.

This was the first time he had been in this room, and there was a faint strange smell in here.

"No need." Zhao Yuanjing glanced at her. "You've eaten so many pieces of pig intestines, so aren't you going to bathe?"

Lin Yueniang's face paled. She covered her mouth in a panic and felt both ashamed and embarrassed.

His Highness was disgusted by the smell in her mouth…

Zhao Yuanjing stood up and stretched lazily. "You ate so much of the intestines, I just wanted to see when you would finally puke. But it looks like you really liked them very much, and you weren't lying. Not bad."

Lin Yueniang was speechless.

"All right now, I'm tired. You can go ahead and wash up, then go to bed by yourself." Zhao Yuanjing walked off without even looking back.

"Your Highness, Your Highness!" Lin Yueniang became frantic and quickly ran after him.

When she reached the door, she remembered that she wasn't decently dressed, so she quickly stopped herself and could only watch as the Crown Prince disappeared into the distance.

She was so angry that she stomped her feet and started crying.

A maid quickly ran in to support her and whispered, "My Lady, why did His Highness just walk away like that?"

"How am I supposed to know?" snapped Lin Yueniang angrily. "Didn't I tell you to put that thing in the tea? Did you forget?"

The maid quickly replied, "I put it in already! Did His Highness drink it?"

"I watched him drink the tea."

"Maybe the drug hasn't taken effect yet?" The maid stomped her foot too. "If His Highness just leaves like that, then wouldn't we be letting others have the advantage of the drug?"
