"What do you plan on doing?" He pulled out a piece of paper, looking like another contract. 

"I plan on putting down a down payment." I straightened in my seat, and he scoffed at the thought before glancing in Ayden's direction, who also looked confused.

"A down payment?" He turned his bright brown eyes, toward me, before lowering his glasses, like he was waiting for me to spill the facts. Ayden widened his eyes once he realized what the down payment consisted of.

"Yes, about 20,000, maybe 25,000, if we can do this deal without problems." I crossed my arms, and he sat there in silence, doing his calculations, before lightly chuckling aloud.

"And where is this treasure?"

"Rest assure, we'll hand it over." I looked at Ayden and he lowered his eyes, depressed that he is losing his gold.
