54: Marriage declaration

The country felt rejoiced and disappointed at the same time when the sentences for all of those involved in the "Evo scandal" were decided and announced. Joyful because they get what they deserve but disappointed because people who are supposedly concerned and care about the citizens’ issues. However, they were the ones who used people as if they were things, not human beings.

The politicians were sentenced to a total of ten years imprisonment and fined $30,000 for corruption and soliciting the commercial sexual exploitation of the underaged. Meanwhile, Kenji, the main mastermind who invented the inhumane experiment, trafficked a minor for prostitution and bribery, he was sentenced to life imprisonment and a $500,000 fine. The others who were involved, like the scientists and staff, also will be punished according to the severity of the crime.
