13 HAS BECOME ONE

"How do I get there, Commander Laurent?" asked Carolline with the tears already welling up in her eyes.

"Wear this ring our Princess will break through the portal door of Prince Alexander's world of darkness." said Laurent, giving Carolline a black ring.

Without thinking Carolline got up from her place and stood beside Commander Laurent and closed her eyes.

In just a blink of an eye Carolline was already in a large and very beautiful garden.

Carolline saw Commander Laurent getting into a royal horse carriage.

"Go up Princess Carolline, I will escort the Princess to Prince Alexander's palace." said Laurent, then started his horse carriage toward the palace.

Arriving at Alexander's palace commander Laurent's chariot stopped.

"Please get off Princess Carolline." said Laurent, bending his back.

Carolline got out of the horse carriage with a pounding heart. Between longing and worrying about Alexander who is seriously ill.

Carolline entered the main door of the palace which was very magnificent with many pillars that stood beautifully carved on each wall.

"We go upstairs to Princess Carolline, Prince Alexander's room is upstairs." said Laurent, who walked first up the twisting stairs to get to the top floor.

With a little panting breath Carolline finally arrived in front of Alexander's room. It was really the first time that Carolline had lost her breath because she was not accustomed to climbing the winding stairs.

"Please come in Princess Carolline, Prince Alexander is inside. Hopefully with the arrival of the Princess Prince Alexander will drink the blood that we have provided so that the pain will recover soon." Commander Laurent said with a face full of hope.

Heart pounding even more, Carolline walked into Alexander's room which was very large and slightly dark due to the dim lighting.

Without making a sound, Carolline approached Alexander who was lying weakly on his bed.

Alexander's body looked very thin and motionless. His eyes were tightly closed, as if there was no life in Alexander's heartbeat.

Carolline's tears dripped unconsciously seeing Alexander's state of utter weakness and helplessness.

"Alexander." called Carolline in a low voice, holding back her tears so that Alexander didn't hear her.

Alexander's body remained unmoved, as if he had heard no more sounds around him.

Braving herself, Carolline took Alexander's cold hand.

"Alexander, I just found out you didn't come because you were very sick. You are very sick because you don't want to drink any blood. What's up with you Lex? why are you like this?" asked Carolline, not realizing that the last words had made Alexander's heart hurt deeply.

"Alexander... wake up, I miss you so much Lex. Missing our closeness. Don't you miss me Lex?" said Carolline trying to revive Alexander, but her efforts were in vain because Alexander remained motionless with his breathing barely audible.

Carolline's tears could no longer bear it, a feeling of despair engulfing her heart.

The longing that Carolline feels has made Carolline feel even deeper in torment.

Still remembering vividly, Alexander's last kiss which was so intense that Carolline couldn't sleep, Carrolline felt something beautiful with that kiss and that wonderful taste she has never forgotten.

Carolline tried several times to wake Alexander up, but it did not make Alexander aware.

Carolline was at a loss for how to make Alexander quickly regain consciousness and immediately drink the blood that Laurent had prepared.

Because her longing was unstoppable, Carolline dared to kiss Alexander on the lips like when she was off guard until Alexander stole a kiss from her.

"Alexander, You often steal kisses from me. And now I'm going to steal a kiss from you. not because I want to steal it but I want it, I miss you and miss your kiss." said Carolline honestly confessing her feelings for Alexander, who was still at home in silence.

Closing her eyes, Carolline brought her lips closer to Alexander's.

Full of feeling Carolline brushed Alexander's cold moist lips. Carolline's heart raced fast, as her lips were crushed intensely by Alexander's unresponsive lips. Carolline's tears rolled down Alexander's face. Her heart felt sad because her last attempt still could not bring Alexander to life

When the feeling of despair came, and Carolline intended to release her grip, Alexander's lips moved slowly to return the kiss.

Immediately Caroline kissed Alexander's lips repeatedly and Alexander's face with tears streaming down her cheeks.

"Alexander... Alexander, finally you realized." said Carolline while cupping Alexander's face.

Alexander looked at Carolline's face with a look full of love.

"Carolline, you're here?" asked Alexander in a low voice.

"Yes Lex, I'm Carrolline ... I'm here now, I'm coming for you." said Carolline crying in a smile.

"You came for me Caroll?" asked Alexander, taking Carrolline's face and rubbing it gently.

"Yes Lex, I did come for you. I miss you Lex, I lost you." said Carrolline holding Alexander's hand which was on her face.

"Do you really miss me? you're not lying right?" Alexander asked staring into Carolline's eyes.

"Why should I lie to you Lex? I really miss you." said Carolline, rubbing Alexander's face, which looked thin.

"I only want your love Carolline." Alexander said closing his eyes holding the heart that was always hurt.

"If you want my love, you'll get Lex. I love you, too." said Carolline still gently rubbing Alexander's face.

Alexander opened his eyes and looked at Carolline's face full of happiness.

"I can't believe all this. Carolline, is this just my dream?" asked Alexander biting his fingertips until it bled.

"Alexander! What are you doing?" Carolline asked quickly taking a sip of blood that had come out of Alexander's finger.

"Carolline! What are you doing? You can be a part of me Caroll?" said Alexander while pulling his finger, but it was too late for Alexander, Carrolline did not remove his finger from her mouth.

"I don't care Lex, your finger is injured and bleeding. I don't want you to lose any more blood. You are still weak and you haven't drank blood at all." said Carolline with great affection.

"But Carrolline, with you drinking my blood you will depend on me and become a part of me Carrolline, do you know that?" said Alexander with a sad look.

"Why should you be sad Lex? Aren't you happy I have become a part of you? we will always be bound and inseparable." said Carolline with a full gaze.

"Carolline You humans, there is holy blood within you that all the clans will fight over. This will be the big event of the immortal world, we will have more enemies later." said Alexander with his weakened state.
