I look like my mother. I have ever so many things to tell you about. Shortly after you left, Mathew and Marila showed up with the most important piece of the puzzle. A book that my father gave to my mother. My father had drawn a picture of my mother within its pages, and I can now say with the utmost certainty that I got my red hair from her. I feel I can halt my investigation now that I have found such a crucial and heartfelt piece of information. I look forward to your reply. Please let me know the best time for me to visit. It's amazing that you finally found the answer you were looking for. I'm so glad you're happy. On a separate note, you don't have to worry about visiting. I plan on returning to Avonlea for Christmas and we can see each other then. I always miss you, Anne.
