1 Daily Routine

Every night I set my alarms,

I wake up every morning at 9am

& take my thyroid pill at 9:30am.

Then I eat breakfast at 10am,

I always brush my teeth after because of my braces.

I lay in bed and watch YouTube on my iPad.

As I wait for 12pm to strike,

I get my water bottle ready and my anxiety pill ready to take.

My anxiety has been really bad,

since we started quarantine.

My appetite has changed for some weird reason, I can go till early in the morning till 1pm-2pm and still not feel the need to eat or hunger pains for food.

I think it's due to my "Hyperthyroidism" condition and it's made me feeling sick for a week. I had stomach pains if I don't eat or if I did eat my stomach couldn't handle eating a lot of food. My body rejected the food I tried to feed and consume. My anxiety would raise when eating. I would have constant migraines and headaches throughout the whole day if I stand up. I was bedridden and sleep for most of the whole day that week. I found out that my hyperthyroidism affects my metabolism and hormone levels, that's why I've been feeling really sick. If I hadn't had these symptoms earlier on and they found out about this later on, my thyroid gland in my neck could've turned into a tumor. I would've had to go into surgery to remove it, but the likely chance to come out surviving the surgery was really low. I could've died if it was any later than this.

After I finished taking my pills for half of the day,

I take my vitamins since I can't eat fruit due to my weird allergy conditions.

Once it strikes 6:30pm,

I take my 2nd thyroid pill.

After I finished eating dinner,

I brush my teeth once more and ready for bed.

This is my daily routine everyday.
