I woke up early morning ecause I have work. I no loner have fever, muscle pain, skn pain, head ache however I still have runny nose. I worked till 1500 and after working, I laid down then watch soe tiktoks; enjoying the movie clips. I still drank vrin coconut oil from time to time cause my palate is in pain rom time to time. I felt like the cold is trying to get own my throat and I don't want it to happen. Come 1748 I noticd that the body pain is acting up. Headache is starting again, muscle feels uncomfortable and my body is heating up. I drank a lot of water the whole day, drank vit C, no meds. I am starting to get annoyed by this cold, the mucus always drips out my nose and it triggers me to sneeze. I sneeze like a lot in a day. It felt like I am a gun triggered to shoot viruses to reach long distances. I can still breathe perfectly using my mouth, my nose is really stuffed up.

I remember a few years ago, I have colds, I wanted to wash and stayed at the toilet or a long time trying to suck up whatever is stuck in my nose that causes this so much mucus. what I did is I inhaled, stuck my tongue up the roof of my mouth force something out from my nasal opening. I noticed that the soft part of my nasal opening is starting to feel irritated and I feel something is blocking it. I dis not stop until I was able to spit out huge ball of mucus, looks like a mochi but softer, in gray like colour. After I've spit it out, my nose cleared up, cold gone. So I thought this is causing my cold. Since I was angry with, I poured some chlorine on it thinking that it will hurt it than flushed it out.

I am trying to do it again however I am having a hard time. It stuck on the right part of my nose. My left part of my nose is clear though. I tried sucking it out but I can't cause it totally bloocked the airflow of my right nose. I got irritated again as it is now hurting my nose, I tried blowing it out but not working. I thought, is there a device thay could suck up this mucus out!! Grr. I am an overthinker, I am thinking if I let this virus enter my lungs, it will block my lungs and will grow bigger and will cause oxygen deprevation. I scared. I'll try to take this out later in the evening or tomorrow.
