Lena smiled as she walked briskly like she was being pursued by a Lion or her death was behind her back.

But she was going to meet her beloved, it seemed to them like the first time they met.

This would be the best day of their lives as all they wanted was happening already.

He did not know what had happened to her and she was so anxious to see his reaction when she told him.

Lena knew how much he loved her, after all, he says it always and he showers her with all the love and care in this world.

This made her feel so strong and among and she wasn't going to take that for granted ever.

She felt as though she was going to die with the way she ran and leaped for joy.

Her heart was beating so hard as she ran, she was in such a hurry that she could not send for him as she always does.

They stayed together but at the moment when she got the great news, they were not together.

Of course, he would never think something like that would happen to them and even she couldn't think so.

This was a dream come true for her and her Alpha mate, Chris.

She thought he was obsessed with what he needed at the time he was always pressuring her but she tried to understand him.

Everyone else would understand as well that Chris was just one to be very plain with his desires.

Lena just knew that she loved everything about him and she was so sure that he loved her sincerely too.

And since she had all of that, she had absolutely nothing else to worry about, after all, what else would anyone ask for?

He was her mate and the Alpha of their pack, the love of her very peaceful and joyful life.

And everyone knew that the love he showered on her was more than he would for the entire pack members.

Lena always thought about what other ladies around them felt like when they saw them together, jealousy of course.

But they have been through so much together that the ladies might even be unable to endure if they were with him.

She remembered when he first declared her to be his mate to the hearing of everyone, she was so emotional.

So many congratulations she heard that day and gifts that she was given to be welcomed were very overwhelming.

When she looked at her mother's face to see her smile cutely, she knew that things were going to get better.

At least, she knew that her daughter was not getting into the wrong family and things were even going to get better for them.

Lena was a lovely person and everyone always said she did not deserve any pain, but she should be created like gold.

Being human, all these rites were new to her and that was not even a problem since she was ready to accept it all.

Everyone looked sincerely happy for her and their smiles alone welcomed her enough and brought peace to her heart.

She promised to be one of the greatest Luna they would ever see, but she did not brag about it to them.

Lena was wise and sensible enough to just keep watching as everything unfolded between them.

Though she practically rushed into her love story, she was still calm enough to let her brains lead her when it should.

So, her mission was to do the best she could in Chris' life since she loved him so much and wanted the best for him.

She would help her mate and also her great pack's Alpha do so much more for their Wolf pack.

Chris always told her that she was a natural leader and it was one of those things that attracted him to her.

Although there were no clear signs that she was to be marked by him, he said he was sure that they were meant to be.

The bite mark was one that he was supposed to give her to make them officially mates, but he said it did not matter.

Lena had learnt so much about wolves and she just agreed with him that it could be that theirs was an exception.

She did not mind at all, so long as her heart was with her beloved and his with hers, then she would just wait.

Usually, he was to feel that great urge to bite her and make her his, but it did not always happen as easily as she read about it.

Most times the bites were necessary when the mates were not really in love with each other, so it served as a confirmation.

Chris only laughed when she spoke about her fears at home and he said confidently that he knew they were to be mates for life.

Amidst her blush, she asked him when and he reminded her of what they felt when they had their first kiss.

That was the time he knew and she felt it at that time too, the feelings of newly wedded couples.

It was as though it never ended and so far, the feeling was almost the same.

That kiss was a passionate one, one that even Lena would not forget in a hurry if she could forget it.

Maybe the lips intercourse was so awesome because it was raining cats and dogs that night.

Or maybe it was all because he is just so romantic, he was even better than what she had imagined in her head.
