1 My Life

So being the daughter of a woman who of course is, feared by all, has advantages and disadvantages... for starters I have one friend. Her names Max. You might be thinking no one has just one friend but then again here I am with only one friend. My situation started when I made a friend back in 6th grade when we all had to learn about the tale of "The lady feared by all" everyone thought the story was so good to listen to but i knew it was all to real. I wanted to bring a friend home that day. I thought me and her could get closer and I could have my first best friend! Instead the second she saw my mom she ran for the hills. Told everyone at school the next day who my mom was. Ever since then no one wanted to be my friend let alone talk to me. Not even the teachers would make the kids talk! As the talk spread so did the hate. My locker was all beat up, my desk always a mess, bullied constantly. I've never felt more pain in my life. That however was fairly short lived because that's when Max heard the talk going around. Out of all the ways you would think she responded to hearing that kind of news the way she did is not one of them. She flung all of her books in the air and laughed so creepily. Her class was more worried then anything. She then ran out of the classroom and full speed just to find me. Me! She ran around for a good hour looking, but as soon as she seen me all hell broke lose.

"HEY YOU!!!"

"H-huh?"

Bang!!!

On the ground instantly. Without a second thought I jumped up ready to fight. It was common for people to jump me.. but this girl seemed different. She had the biggest smile on her face. It was filled with so much excitement and curiosity. Not knowing where to go I just stood there quietly. Thinking this was it. No more of me. But this girl she just asked me one question. That one question however. Made me so happy I thought my luck was really turning around.

"Want to be friends!"

I look her dead in the eyes worried she was lying. When I noticed she wasn't, I gave her a sweet smile and said

"Sure!"
