- Somewhere at a construction site, placebo city -

"Master, What are your plans now? We have already killed many people now...."

At the corner in the dark , a men with a long black jacket and a hat with a mask was standing with a glass of wine in his left hand. No facial features were seen. He just smiled and said,

"Hmm...the real target is still left....well you all can go now".

"Rosie, you are just mine, no matter what".

- At Rosie's house -

Mrs Smith:" See this boy, he is so handsome..."

Rosie:"Mom c'mon you know I am not interested in dating...I want to focus on my career".

Mrs Smith:"This is the answer I always get...Rosie you are 24 now..you should start dating...are you still stuck on that person?".

Rosie's heart skipped a beat.

Rosie:"Mom can't we just not talk about this...it's all in the past now....".

Mom:"Exactly , you must forget him now...don't you know what happened back then....forget him...get a boyfriend....start dating".

Rosie after hearing about past immediately ran towards her room. There was sweat coming out over her head. Her heart starting beating fast. It was aching. Tears were coming out all over her face. Her head started paining.

"Rosie , Rosie calm down, please call down , you are strong, very strong, you can hold on....."

Then she washed her face and went over to her company.

Rosie was now a makeup artist in LS entertainment company. She was the youngest staff and was the best worker there. She enjoyed doing this job and was having her happy life. But her past never left her. She wanted to live a simple happy life. But she still had a hope that her childhood love would come back.

- Havard university, Russia -

At the phonecall,

"Dr Samuel, there's a emergency, we need to rush towards the hospital."

Instead of studying bussiness Sam chose to study medicine. He after completing medicine went to university to meet his professors. He was doing some research on psychology.

So now he was a well known doctor. He was 25 and a specialist in neurology. After what happened in past, he choose not to study bussiness.....

Sam:"Yes, coming right, now".

"Professor, I need to go to the hospital, will meet you again soon".

Then he took his white coat kept on the chair and went off.

- At Havard hospital, Russia -

Doctor, there's the patient with brain haemorrage.

Sam: "Show me the reports".

Nurse: "Here , they are". The nurse was very nervous to talk to him. Sam was the youngest and most handsome doctor. He was very famous among girls. But the fact is he never paid attention to anyone.

Sam: "Go prepare for the surgery, right now".

Nurse: "But it's just a haemorrage so can be treated with medicines also?"She was absolutely nervous.

Sam furrowed his brows.

"Who's the doctor here?"

The nurse immediately felt bad for what she said...."Sir, I am sorry, I'll start preparing".

Sam:"That's good, the patient has a blood clot formed in his brain which is to be removed surgically. Don't waste your time or I'll fire you".

The nurse immediately ran off. The staff started preparing for the surgery.

Sam entered the OT, "Let's start".

Just then an another nurse said , "Doctor, the authorities said not to do the operation for the bills are not yet paid".

Sam :" Don't worry about that... let's start".

After about 5 hours, the surgery ended. Sam was totally covered with sweat and tired.

He went out of the OT and talked to the patients family members, "The patient is fine, no need to worry, and also I have paid the bills so no need to worry about that also...".

The family members were in tears.....

Sam then went to his office took out his phone. On his wallpaper was a photo of cute 15 year old girl..."Rosie...". A drop of tear came off from his eyes.....just then he dialed a number.....

"Book my tickets, it's time to go back to UK".....
