Chapter 1.

"Gosh, I'll be late for the interview" I said running down the stairs and out of the front door. My younger sister Julia yelled from the kitchen table to me "Good luck ,Lucy" . I waited at the bus stop but then a man dressed in black , came up to me asking for directions which I gave him despite the fact that I was already running late for the last hope I have of ever getting a job.

I was lucky enough to get there just right before I was called in . I was asked a few questions which I answered although I was a little bit nervous .

The section was over and I was dismissed , as I stepped out of the office I saw the same man back at the bus stop but there was something different about him this time around, he was called 'The boss' but what can I say, I just want the job and nothing else.

I decided to walk back home to clear my mind . When I got home , I stepped in , switched the lights on and then I saw a little box on the kitchen table with a note beside it from my sister , it said "Cheer up, I'll be by your side always ^_^" . I smiled at her little gesture and I opened the box to see what's inside , it was a pretty little necklace.
