Chapter 81

"Who are you?" the girl questioned the man approaching her as her eyes were fully aware of his every move. She stood up as she readied her legs to run in case this man get ideas on how to hurt her. She gripped the phone and ready to speed dial 1 for emergencies, an idea her mother taught her when she was feeling that her life was threatened. The speed dial 1 would immediately call 911. 

The man motioned for her to stop as he raised his hand. He knew she was feeling threatened by the way her eyes widened and stood up abruptly but he needed to let her know he was not there to harm her but instead helped her out.

"Please, I'm not here to harm you. I actually want to help you out," he told her gently as he slowly walked towards her.

"What do you want?"

"You don't remember me, do you?"
