3 3 Chapter 2

"Stephanie, I called your Aunt Cindy and I told her that you and Zach will come" said her mother.

She smiled to her mother. "Thank you Mom"

"Be careful there, okay? There are still many addicts on the road today" her mother said.

"Yes Mom"

"Besides, James will pick you up at the airport" she just nodded.

She smiled at her mother. "Yes mom. Don't worry, we will be careful"

"I just really can't help but to worry about you two" said the mother who made her smile more.

"All right, Dad, Sant, we're leaving" she said goodbye.

"Bye bye Dada, Momo, daddy Sant" Zach said goodbye.

"Bye Zach. Dada, daddy Sant and Momo will miss you" her mother said then kiss the grandson's cheecks.

"Me too Momo"

"All right Dad, Mom. We are leaving and you Sant, watch over Dad and Mom until I'm not here" she said to her brother and he just nodded.

She was about to leave when her father spoke. "And Stephanie, if anyone introduces themselves as a Valmonte, avoid them immediately"

Even though she was confused, she just nodded.

"What are you saying Welfredo. Just let her do whatever she wants to do" was his mother's last words.

Though confused, she imprinted in her mind that she would avoid the people she met with the surname Valmonte.

'What is there in Valmonte?'

(ON THE OTHER SIDE)

"EXCUSE me, do you know Stephanie Valmonte?" he asked the people he passed in the area.

This morning Andrie and Elias were walking around the place where Stephanie was.

The woman he asked stared at him. "Stephanie Valmonte? I don't know anyone by that name. I only know Stephanie Santiago"

He suddenly remembered their first official meeting and a surname Santiago was introduced to him by his father.

He looked at the girl. "Yes, she is. Do you know where her house is?"

The woman nodded. "Yes, but she left this morning"

He stilled.

'No ... No ... No! You can't run again honey! No!'

He looked at the woman. "Do you know where she is going?"

The woman just shook her head.

"Okay thank you"

He sighed. "Fuck"

"What now bro? She's not here. Let's just go back to—"

He cut off Elias. "No. I need to see her"

"Bro. It's been 6 years since she left you. Just move the fucking on. She won't come back to you"

His fist clinch. He breath in and out to calm his self and not punch Elias' fucking face.

'She will come back to me. And I'll make it fucking sure'

(STEPHANIE)

The plane where Stephanie and Zach on, landed safely.

One by one the passengers walked out and they were already there.

"Stephanie! Here!" she heard a shout.

She looked around until she focused his gaze on the man waving.

Her son ran towards the man.

"Tito James!" her son shouted and hugged the man.

James carried Zach. "Ah .. Your weight is already heavy .."

She ignored James and just kept going. She couldn't understand herself because she was very angry with James while he did nothing wrong to her.

'Maybe, it's my past. Maybe he did something I didn't like so I was very angry with him. I do not know'

(ANDRIE)

"Shit. Shit. Shit " he cussed.

'I am mad. I'm mad at myself. She hide again. She avoids me again! This is bullsh-t!'

"Bro, calm down. We can find her" Elias calmed him down.

But how can he calm down? The woman he loves got awag again.

"Arrrgghhhh!" he shouted.

"Bro, let's just go back. Maybe she's there" Elias suggested but he didn't listen to him.

He need to know where she is. But to whom shall he ask?

Then suddenly, he remembered someone.

He then started the engine.

'I need to talk to them. I need to talk to Mom and Dad'
