Chapter One

I felt so exhausted, why? because of that fricking math test! we only discussed our lection for an hour and then the teacher gives us 30 minutes of studying, after that a Quiz. I think my brain got drain at that moment, Why do we even have 2 hours of math!

I love math, but I hate teachers who is the one teaching us. Ms, Smith. She always teaches the easy example and then gives us a hard quiz. And what's even worst? is that when she teaches, I can barely understand her because of the way she talks, it's like she's rapping!

I can't help but jump into my bed and just gaining all my strength back. It's already a week since the first day of school. Then I didn't notice I fell asleep, and then woke up for about an hour. I'm still wearing my uniform, so I decided to change into my clean clothes.

I have a quiz, tomorrow so I need to study, I went to my study table and Get some books from my bag. I started to read the write and highlight some important details, I was studying for hours when I felt kinda hungry. I forgot to eat dinner.

I see no one, which means he's not here. Where are they? are they busy? Maybe Adi is in his study room. I just went straight to the Kitchen and kindly ask the maids for food, they immediately serve me Dinner.

It was steak for Dinner also strawberry juice. "Are they home yet?" I ask one of the maids.

"No, Miss. But I'm sure they'll be home later." Carol said she's one of our maids who's been serving us for years. she's kinda old now.

When I finally finish my Food, I heard a loud bang on the door, which made me flinch. I already know it was one of my brothers.

"Why did you even give that man the pieces of information!?" I heard Adi shout.

"Because we all trust him before! I wasn't expecting him to fucking betray us! I'm going to kill him." And then Zeyt's.

What the hell is happening? I slowly and quietly, peek at the leaving room and saw all four of my brothers arguing. This is not the first time I've seen them fighting, but I'm still not used to this.

I saw Adi clenching his fits, like ready to punch everyone or anything, Zeyt was also clenching his fist, both of them are glaring at each other. Xyro was on the side, his face was calm but i can still feel he's irritated, and Liv was facing his back, so I can't tell his expression but I know for sure that he is also irritated.

Who are they fighting for? Why are they fighting? Who's the traitor? Did they get betrayed? What the hell is happening!? I have lots of questions in mind that I can't answer.

"I told you not to trust him too much! or you should have at least made a copy of the file! How can you be this careless?" Adi shouted. I saw the maids leaving the kitchen trying to avoid the fight.

Then Adi looks at Liv. "Can you track him?" he asks, but unfortunately Liv shakes his head. saying no.

"I can't, he block our system to his." He answered.

I can't scoop anything they're saying, What's happening, normally they would fight because of school, Grades, and Zeyt having a fight with another student at school but now... it's different, They're talking about files, betrayal, and tracking?

Then Xyro who is just quietly lessening to the argument saw me, I have no choice but to get out of my hiding place and confront them. Liv saw Xyro eyeing something, which is me, So he turn around and saw me. "Amae..." He mumbled, making Zeyt and Adi stop. Now all of them are looking at me. Their face got softer and when they saw me like they don't want me to hear anything from the argument.

"Why are you fighting?" I ask. My voice was so innocent. Zeyt look away trying to avoid eye contact same with Xyro. They didn't answer my question so I ask again. "Is everything all right?"

Adi sigh. "Amae were just having a simple argument." He says.

Liar. i said in my head.

"Let's go, you need to go to bed." He added. I sigh and nod. "Well, discuss this soon." He told them and guid me upstairs.

We went upstairs but before I could take another step, I glance at them, the three watching us going up. but only Liv smile at me. a smile that tells me 'everything will be okay. I doubt that.

Adi open my door for me, "Get some rest." He said.

I look up to him because he's taller than me, actually, all of my brothers are taller them me."Are... you all going to be okay?" I ask him, he gives me a soft smile and nods.

He pats my head, "Everything will be settle."

"Okay, Goodnight."

"Goodnight." He replied and close the door.

As the door closed I stay still and let my tears flood off. I have been keeping this since the time I step into the argument. They are like this! They treated me like a kid who would easily be trick by anyone using the words, ' It will be fine.' I know they are just trying to push me out of their argument but I can't help but feel uneven.

"OMG! The test was hard! But we still passed yay!" She cheered up, I got a score of 88 over 100 and she got 81 over 100. I have a hard time studying last night, because of overthinking to that stupid fight! so I stayed up until three in the morning just to study. Good thing I woke up on time this morning. at breakfast, only Liv and Xyro got to join me.

I just smile as we both went to our school rooftop, That place is one of our favorite places here, it's quiet and you can think deeply. While walking there, Kate notices that I'm a little off. "Hey, you look sad... mind telling me?" She smiles at me.

I sigh and set on the bench, "My Brother argued about something." I said and her mouth forms into an 'o' shape.

"Why? Did your older brother Zeyt got into a fight again?"

"No, it's.... something different," I said. She moves a little closer to me. "They just come home at 10 Pm and then Adi started shouting about someone who just betrayed them, I don't know who or why. The only thing I knew is that, they are keeping something deep from me, it's like they don't want me to know. " I look down, thinking deeply. "I know they are not that kind of siblings who tells problems to each other, but at least they could just tell me something. Just a single thing. We're family, we should be there for each other. My brothers are really weird."

I felt Kate rub my back comforting me, I smiled. I may be not kinda lucky with my family but at least I have a best friend who I can lean on. "Everyone will be fine, I know for sure that your brother is going to tell you soon, not now but soon. And I also know that they care for you, they are just not that showy person, I guess. It's going to be okay." She hugs me and I hug her back.

Me and Kate are best friends since First Grade. She's by my side every time happiness disowned me. She's like my sister, a sister I couldn't have. I don't have a sister. but instead, I have brothers... four older brothers. But that's okay, I still have Kate.

"Thank you, I don't know what to do without you," I said.

"Remember our motto?" She let go of the hug and look at me. I nodded while giggling at her question. "Your problem..." She started.

"... is our problem..." I Finnish the sentence.

Then we both said the last part. "No matter how big or small, we can solve everything together if we always stay forever!"
