Li Zi Yun went for prenatal check up along with Wang Yu. One of the perks of having your husband's family own the hospital was, Li Zi Yun never had to wait for a checkup. As soon as Wang Yu entered the hospital, everyone present there was alerted and taking care of Wang family was their first priority.

During the ultrasound test, Wang Yu was standing to Li Zi Yun when the doctor almost yelled in excitement, "Congratulations. You're going to have not just one child, you're blessed with twins"

Wang Yu and Li Zi Yun were looking at one another, "Twins?"

The doctor smiled, "Here… look…"

Wang Yu and Li Zi Yun could hear the heartbeat of the babies and Wang Yu was still staring at the screen.

When the checkup was over, Li Zi Yun and Wang Yu sat down opposite to the doctor. Li Zi Yun was rubbing her belly.

"You are pregnant with twins now. I would recommend getting checked every two weeks."

Li Zi Yun nodded her head.

Wang Yu spoke first, "She is feeling nauseous and tired often"

The doctor smiled, "That is normal with pregnancy"

Wang Yu was not satisfied with the answer, "But she is…"

Li Zi Yun stopped Wang Yu, "Doctor said its normal"

Wang Yu was ready to argue but Li Zi Yun was glaring at him so he closed his mouth.

The doctor continued, "Being physically intimate when you're pregnant with twins is not safe its better and safe if you abstain from sex."

Wang Yu nodded his head, "We will keep that in mind" but he could see Li Zi Yun smirking beside him.

"I have prescribed several vitamins and other tablets. You are anemic now and even if you keep puking think about your baby and eat something"

Wang Yu nodded, "I will make sure of that"

At last, Wang Yu and Li Zi Yun came out from the hospital. Wang Yu's hand never left Li Zi Yun's body for a second. He was holding her close to him the entire time.

As soon as Li Zi Yun sat down in the car she sighed, "Take me home. All I want to do now is sleep" and plopped comfortably in Wang Yu's arms.

"Eat something first and then go to sleep" saying so Wang Yu opened the packed lunch for Li Zi Yun. Healthy meal had been prepared for Li Zi Yun and if she did not eat, Wang Yu did not mind feeding her until the box was empty.

Li Zi Yun looked at Wang Yu's pants and smiled, "Looks like you have to suffer for few more months"

Wang Yu kissed Li Zi Yun's forehead, "As long as you and the baby are safe nothing else matters to me"

Chu Yan and Wu Li Shu's engagement was planned to be held in a week. A week had passed and in the evening, Wu Li Shu and Chu Yan's engagement was to be held in Chu Yan's house.

Li Zi Yun and Wang Yu were having this argument for the hundredth time.

Wang Yu asked Li Zi Yun once again, "Do you really have to go to that engagement?"

Li Zi Yun was beyond irritated, "It is happening next door for heaven's sake! How many more times are you going to ask?"

Wu Li Shu was practically like a family to her and Chu Yan had always been with her in all her hard times. Li Zi Yun would never miss this party unless something else important was going on.

Wang Yu was stroked Li Zi Yun's hair slowly, "Are you sure you can handle the crowd?"

"I know you're worried but nothing will happen. Chu Yan's father is the president of the country. You don't have to over think. The security will be very tight and only very few people were invited. Even the press is not allowed."

Wang Yu sighed, he knew he couldn't stop Li Zi Yun, but he wanted to try, "Avoid the troublesome ones and if anyone tries anything just call me"

Wang Yu smiled but the smile did not reach his eyes, "Just don't leave my side tonight. That's enough for me"

Wang Yu knew that he could not keep Li Zi Yun at home all the time. But he had to try. The day after he left the hospital with Li Zi Yun, he had received a strange threat message.

"Divorce your wife or she will die the next time she comes out"

Wang Yu would not have bothered much about that, but…

His men were not able to find the person who had sent it. There was completely no trace of the person who had done this and when his men informed him about this, Wang Yu was restless. The person who sent the threat must have either friends in high position or it must be for vengeance. Otherwise, no one would plan so carefully just to send a warning.
