Many clothes had been prepared for Li Zi Yun for the wedding and she had not worn most of them. Mrs. Wang left Li Zi Yun there to let her change but Wang Yu did not leave the room.

Li Zi Yun tried to push Wang Yu out, "Go out. I have to change"

Without saying a word, Wang Yu hugged Li Zi Yun. He held her silently in his arms and Li Zi Yun hugged him back.

Li Zi Yun spoke quietly, "What are you doing? You should have come home yesterday. I had planned a surprise for you"

Wang Yu did not let go of Li Zi Yun, "Thank you"

Li Zi Yun smiled, "You don't have to thank me. You did most of the hard work"

"That was because someone was irresistible"

Li Zi Yun shook her head. There was not a single day Wang Yu let her sleep early if he came home early. Now she can sleep all she wants.

Li Zi Yun moved away from and said with a smirk, "Don't even think about it for a year"

"You're cruel"

Wang Yu was looking at the sonogram. He was regretting missing out on the first prenatal check up. He should have been there to support his wife.

Li Zi Yun was choosing the dress, finding it hard to make a choice. There were so many unworn clothes and finding the right one was a hard task.

Wang Yu asked her, "When did you find out?"

Li Zi Yun was still looking through the clothes with her back facing Wang Yu, "Yesterday"

Wang Yu turned Li Zi Yun to face him, "Why didn't you tell me yesterday?"

"You should have returned home then"

Wang Yu knelt down, kissed Li Zi Yun's belly, and said softly, "Sorry baby. Your mommy told me not to come home yesterday"

Li Zi Yun screwed Wang Yu's ears, "You have to apologize to me first"

Wang Yu stood up and held Li Zi Yun's hand, "I'm not leaving you alone for a second after this"

It was getting late and everyone was waiting for the party to start. But the Wang family was in no hurry. They were waiting for Li Zi Yun patiently. Li Zi Yun had seen the murderous rage in Wang Yiran's eyes. Li Zi Yun could not care less about how she felt, but she wanted to keep her baby safe no matter what. She had never trusted Wang Yiran for a second and knew what Wang Yiran was capable of. Li Zi Yun wanted to hurry up now and she did not want to keep so many people waiting.

Li Zi Yun hurried Wang Yu out, "Get out now. I have to change"

"Let me help you"

"Don't forget that you can't touch me for a year. If I get naked, it will hard for you to control yourself. So better leave the room"

Wang Yu had forgotten about this. Why did she have to bring this up every time?

Wang Yu pleaded, "Baby…"

"Out…"

Li Zi Yun pushed Wang Yu out of the room and changed into a floor length floral dress. Wang Yu had selected flat shoes for her. He was waiting outside for her in case she needs help. When Li Zi Yun came down with Wang Yu, the entire Wang family was beaming like she had never seen before. The Wang family was getting one happy news after another and it had such a long time since the family was so happy. Though Li Zi Yun's dress was simple compared to Wang Yiran's, Li Zi Yun was glowing.

When Grandfather Wang came forward and stood in the front, the entire room fell silent.

"Thanks everyone for accepting the invite and attending the party. Though initially this party was arranged for my granddaughter, I have another happy news to share with everyone. In few months the heir to the Wang family will be born"

Li Zi Yun saw many familiar faces in the party. Her friends had been invited and also the people she did not want to see were present. Everyone was asking Wang Yiran about where she was all these years and she gave the standard reply that she was sick and recuperating abroad. Almost everyone's attention turned towards Wang Yu and Li Zi Yun after that. They were busy congratulating the couple. No longer was Wang Yiran the centre of attention and she was fuming inside.

Gu Hui Ying (Wang Yiran's friend from school days) was the only one that Wang Yiran had invited. She could not get a hold of Li Xin Yi. Wang Yiran really wanted someone to take care of Li Zi Yun for her but she could not think of anyone other than Li Xin Yi. Wang Yiran heard that the Li family had gone bankrupt and the entire family was missing and could not find any other information.

Gu Hui Ying had not come out much after she had been interrogated by Wang Yu's assistant. The stunt she pulled in Huang Nian's party had made her sleepless. She had been so scared that the video might come out after she received the news that Li Cheng Zhi's family had gone bankrupt. But thankfully nothing as such had happened and now Gu Hui Ying was back to her old ways. When she received the invitation to Wang Yiran's party, she was both happy and surprised that Wang Yiran had remembered her after all these years.

But Wang Yiran cut her mid sentence, "Where is Li Xin Yi?"

"Why… why do you need her?

Wang Yiran was ordering her, "Contact her quickly. I need her to take care of that ugly wench Li Zi Yun"

Gu Hui Ying could not decide if she should tell Wang Yiran about her encounter with her brother. But she was getting fearless now. She thought that Wang Yu would not touch her now since she was Wang Yiran's friend and Wang Yiran will support her now.
