My Bodyguard is my Mate

Two men came walking that night and each of them wore a black cap and they held cameras.

There was a function taking place inside the building they looked from outside.

On reaching the entrance, The guards looked at them with suspicion.

" Who are you ? " One of the guards asked the two men.

" Sir , We are reporters as you see. " One of them said showing the guard his card but he kept on bowing not to show his face.

The guard observed the card and looked at the man again.

" Okay , You can enter ! " He said to them

The two men bowed before the guards again and entered the room where there were many people clad in their beautiful clothes. The place was very organised and slow music boomed from inside. It smelt well of a mixture of delicious foods, drinks and perfume scents from different people. Some interacted, Other drunk while others danced amd listened to the slow music.

As they were still like that when a black Maruti Baleno car came and a man clad in a black suit who looked like the driver himself came out. He walked gently to the back door and opened the door.

A woman in black ankle strap high heels came out. She could be seen from toe to head. Her heels and nail toes painted in silver, Her black dress with glittering stones, her hips and curves, A small waist, A medium chest and finally her beautiful face.

Her face was made of a smooth forehead,large and white set eyes, a slim nose,full and firm cheeks, a sharp and smooth jaws, full lips and proportional ears. She had applied makeup making her features look so beautiful like a princess herself. Her natural color foundation and a red lipstick shaping out her lips so well. She had tied her hair in a very long porntail and her ears wore silver ear rings matching with the filtering stones of her dress. She was only twenty two years old.

" Myra is here ! " One of the reporters who had been waiting for her from outside shouted and they all came out to see her with their cameras.

On seeing then come Myra put a smile exposing her pure white beautiful teeth and dimples on her cheeks. She was indeed a beauty queen.

They all crowded before her raising their microphones for her to say something. They asked a number of questions which she managed to answer a few but her driver who was called Mark stopped them.

" She will talk to you later otherwise she is late for the party. Please make away for her ! " The driver said and then guards came and pushed the reporters away.

Myra walked gently to the hall with Mark behind her. She kept her smile on and when she was inside her guests were very happy to see her. She hugged some and shook hands with others maintaining her smile.

This was a fashion show party that Myra had organised. She was the CEO of a a fashion design company which she called Myra designers. Many people admired her first of all she was very beautiful, rich, famous and above all she was a daughter to a well known billionaire Mr Raymond Walker.

The exhibition finally begun and Myra sat down with her VIP's. The two reporters who had entered the hall looked at her and the first one said.

" Should we do it right now ? "

" No let's wait for her to get onto the stage. There it will be very easy to kidnap her. " The second one replied.

The two men kept patient until there Myra was called onto the stage to give her speech. She walked gently as people clapped hands for her.

" Thank you everyone for coming here today. " She begun.

" I know it has been long since we had our fashion show but as you all know it was because of the 2020 and 2021 Lockdown . But now we have gotten a very big opportunity to start a fresh again and I am so happy that all of you came to watch of new 2022 designs. I want to mainly thank my corrigues who have done a great job and my co business partners ....." She said and completed her speech by saying

" Thank you everyone for coming once again. " She got a glass of wine and raised it saying.

" Everyone , Let us toast and drink for Myra designers. " She declared.

Everyone raised their glasses as she had said but before Myra could drink hers from nowhere her glass got broken into pieces in her hands and the wine poured in her face.

Myra screamed in shock and everyone else in the party screamed and people started scattering to save their lives on hearing the bullet shoot and what they had just seen.

As people were still scattering tear gas was also scattered causing the smoke that some people could not see what was happening.

Mark hurried to get Myra but before he was there two waiters came to her clad in the uniforms.

" Ma'am , Please come this way. " They said to her and she walked away with them. Seeing this Mark knew his boss was in safe hands so he went to save the two children who were crying bitterly.

Taziz City Police station...

The police officer recieved a call saying that was an an attack in Trinity Hotel. He hurried to report to his heads.

" Sir , There was an attack in Trinity Hotel. " The young Officer reported.

" Get Officers to drive there right now ! " The head Officer commanded.

As the rest had just left, A young handsome looking man came to the same police station clad in a navy blue slim fit suit. He wire no tie inside. He had Taper hair style. His face was made of alert eyes, a small proportional nose, perky cheeks, a well defined jaw lines and thin lips. He was just a handsome god based on his looked. He looked medium sized and very tall that almost everyone else at the station was shorter than him.

" Officer Leo, Where have you been ? " The head Officer asked.

" Sir, You know I was on my leave. " He answered.

" Geez , I wish you were the one in charge of the function. Let's hurry and go to see what happened at Tritnity Hotel. Follow me ! " The head Officer commanded.

" Yes sir. " Leo answered and bowed before the head Officer.
