sir, you have a meeting with the family lawyer at 3:00 p.m. today in the VIP lounge in your father's penthouse. is there anything else you need me to do Mr Williams. My PA, Ivan asked. no, you may take your leave I said. I picked up the telephone on my deck and dialed my driver. Liam, get the car ready I'll be down in 5 minutes.

Let me get this meeting over with so I can finally enjoy myself. Not that I haven't been doing that already. I said to myself while descending the stairs. I prefer stairs to elevators it gives me a little extra exercise apart from my gym days.

What's he doing here? I questioned Mr Patrick. But before he could even reply he was rudely interrupted by Devin my cousin. It seems like your father, sorry uncle had a small gift for his favorite nephew in his will and a conditional will which is for both of us he said simply.

Now that everyone is finally settled we can commence the reading of the will. Please take your seats. Mr Patrick said adjusting his coat and preparing the papers. Clearing his throat he began we are here today to read the will of Mr Jenkins Williams, the deceased.

"My dear family if you're reading this that means I'm gone. You should know that I love you all very much with all my heart.

According to the 1714 Constitution, I write this word sharing my assets amongst my family.

First of all, to my lovely wife Jenny Williams, I leave our house, which we both built, and other cars which I registered in her name. Also the sum of 60 million dollars and she will still own all the businesses that she already owns.

Secondly to Vivian, my wife's secretary. I leave the sum of 10 million dollars and a scholarship to cater for her entire educational journey.

Again to my nephew Devin Williams, I leave the sum of 20 million and the one million worth of island and hotel in Bahamas.

Lastly to my son Charles Williams. To him, I leave the entire business, William's empire including JW shipping, Williams estates, Williams Mall, and JW corporated. Also the sum of 100 million and all the rest houses, and houses, and other mansions.

This will all be handed to him on the following conditions;

1. he is required to travel out of the country for 6 months with the sum of $1,000 only.

2. he is required to get married within a year shortly after the 6 months.

He is required to fulfill all of these conditions within the stated period. Failure to complete the conditions within the speculated time, in all his inheritance will be transferred to his cousin, Devin Williams with a fast effect.
