Interim review: I like the story so far as it's premise on how the characters navigate their lives unlike many stereotypes story of love triangles, greed and jealousy. I'm only at chapter 20. Author must get the characters name corrected in some chapters. I also like the medical setting and real country names. ( Not A city, country S kind of thing).

OMG this book was really interesting. I was attracted to this book by the sypnopsis and started reading to the last chapter as of now (chapter 16) and I must say this book is really interesting. The character development is really good and the background of the story is easy to understand. I personally love this kind of book and I must say this book exceeded my expectations. I had been reading and enjoying this book. But then I got to chapter 82 and suddenly it’s the same chapter over and over. So far it’s everything from chapter 82 through the most recent I see (chapter 91). Seriously … that is 10 chapters I could have read in another story ! FIX THIS !!
