My Stepbrother Kicks Me Out

I believe I am extremely lucky. Although I am a bad victim of circumstance. For example, if my father didn't love women so much then maybe I wouldn't have a stepbrother. A stepbrother who hates my guts so much he decided to kick me out of the company when my parents went to a year-long vacation trip to an island with no connection to the outside world.

If I wasn't a recluse. Which I am not, despite what others say, maybe the board wouldn't have easily accepted my brother's lead and supported him.

If my brother didn't become the new CEO then my money-hungry fiancee probably wouldn't have joined him, but that's okay. I never needed her anyway.

So in short, if I could somehow kill my brother that would all end. Good for him, I am not vengeful at all. I will only destroy him until he has nothing left but I won't take too much revenge gosh guys I'm your nice lucky neighborhood kind of guy.

"I am so luck–"

I tripped. If that rock didn't exist then maybe I wouldn't be covered in mud right now.

Good thing I still have money, but 1000 RMB? I don't know what will I do to make this last a year before my parents return. Why did they even decided to vacation in a remote island anyway?

Should I sell myself? I hear kidneys are on the rage now in the black market.

Maybe a blessing from god would fall from the sky? Or bump into me? What am I talking about... I'm an atheist.

"You maniac! Get out of the way!" While I was thinking of my luck and circumstance I didn't notice I was already at the middle of the road and there was a luxury car about to hit me.

The tires screeched just as it stopped an inch before me. See? I am so lucky.

A very beautiful man stepped out of the driver's side and stared at me. Was he blinded by my handsome face?

"What were you doing in the middle of the street? Do you want to die?!" This man is so concerned for me can I marry him?

"No! Why would I even think of that?" Oops, apparently I said my thoughts out loud oh well.

"I'm sorry, my name is Ai Jianyu and I didn't mean to wander in the middle of the road. Please forgive me."

"Good thing you didn't die. How am I supposed to be your secretary otherwise?" Is this man for real? I didn't think someone would be as wild as me. Who would've think someone as beautiful as him would be a crazy guy? What a shame.

"I don't believe you. If you've come to kidnap me and ask for ransom I'm afraid my brother would rather let me die." This guy is only pretty but he's a pretty scammer too. If I was a weaker man I would've offered myself up to him.

"No. Your parents thought that your brother kicking you out might happen so they assigned me to be your secretary while they went on a vacation."

"My maid?"

"No, your secretary. Or butler if you will."

"Ahhh so you are my maid?"

I don't know what to do with this guy. How many times do I need to tell him I'm not his maid?! Maybe I was born under an unlucky star?

"Anyway what were you even doing in the middle of the street? You've only been kicked out for a day! Do you want to die that bad?" I almost never met him. He's making me produce white hairs already.

Luckily he's light as a feather. I dragged him to my car while he was shouting at the empty street!

"Uncle! What are you doing? We just met! Somebody help me!" Does his mouth ever shut up? We only met a few minutes ago but it feels like he's been talking for years.

After entering the car he seems to have finally shut up. Thank god I thought my ears were going to leave my soul. Why am I thanking myself?

"So who are you anyway?" Seriously. This guy is so naive. If I was really a scammer he would've already died. Why is he asking for my name just now?

"My name is Di Tianzhu, I'll be your secretary for the whole year." I'm also the king of heaven but this gullible little guy doesn't need to know. Not his maid either, I swear if he–

"You mean my maid?" I think if I wasn't driving behind the wheel I would've already let this car crash.

"NO."

"Hmm, oh well maid Di, do you want to hear how my brother kicked me out and my fiancee replaced me for him?"

As I try and recall all of the things that happened today suddenly a car tries to bump into us.

"Are you fucking serious?" I think Di Tianzhu's getting stressed already wow what an uptight guy.

"No. I am Ai Jianyu." Maybe my joke didn't work? It's almost as if I can see white hairs starting to shine and grow on his head.

"Please don't do that right now. Who do you think sent them? Your brother or the board?"

"Hn, I think it's my brother. The board is as fond me as a pest but they wouldn't go so far now that I'm far from their reach."

"Your brother is a menace. I think that should be our first agenda, we should eliminate him." Di Tianzhu's line of thinking is really silly and tempting to do, but I have to stop him! I am the epitome of kindness!

"No, I have another idea! Let's start a business and try to fight against him instead!"

"You have shit luck! We'd probably meet a conman as a middleman!"

"What are you saying? You're the one who's unlucky!"

"Hmm, yes I can see that now too. I'm so unlucky I had to be your secretary. Don't you agree?"
