Chapter 29

"I'm sure I'm going look ridiculous!"

We had landed in Naples, and our chauffeur boarded the plane with what Ryder requested.

"You're going to look beautiful!" Ryder puts the lipstick and wig in my hands, then hands me a pair of black Gucci sunglasses.

Reluctantly, I make my way to the bathroom. Once there, I turn and look back at Ryder. He gives me the thumbs up as his phone rings and answers.

I stand in front of the mirror. "This is crazy!" I say out loud, placing my hair in a braid and struggling to put the wig on.

After a few minutes, I look at the wig on my head. I turn my head from side to side, ensuring none of my natural hair is peeking through. Surprisingly, it looks good! Natural almost. Blonde suits me!

Grabbing the lipstick, I read the bottom of it.

Chanel rouge coco. The shade is Ina.

It's a gorgeous, hot pink color. One I'm sure my mom owns. Not my style, though. I put it on carefully and pucker my lips.
