7. The Advantage Of A Succubus

When Lily woke up she opened her interface to check her loot from last night. When she clicked on inventory a lot of different things appeared and to her pleasant surprise she saw clothes and weapons.

There was a long blue staff that said, " Staff of Wonder lvl 60. Captain Octopus' Wife's Staff which can control the water element."

She was lvl 25 and knew she couldn't equip the staff yet even if she wanted to but it didn't hurt to test.

She put her hand out and tried to touch the staff and heard an error sound. "You cannot equip this staff. Please unlock a main class."

She was confused and didn't know what it meant by class since her class was a succubus. Was there an error in the system?

She looked at the different clothes and tried to pull out something random that was lvl 60 and to her surprise there was no resistance. She looked at a long white dress that belonged to the cleric class.

"The Night Gown of Lady Yuli. Was stolen and belongs to Lady Yuli. If you return it, you will be handsomely rewarded."

She knew she couldn't use the dress and put it back. She took out another dress which was also long and white which was lvl 50.

"Wedding dress by Lu the Witch. If you return it, you will be handsomely rewarded."

"What the heck," she exclaimed.

She took out a few more dresses and found out that they were all stolen.

Who the hell goes around stealing dresses?

She looked at a long purple enchantress dress. "The Amethyst Gown lvl 60. Crafted by the most talented tailor in the world. Can resist fire."

She put it on and suddenly a cloak appeared around her. She was surprised that she could wear a lvl 60 cloak when she was lvl 25.

"Why can I equip a higher lvl piece of clothing?" she asked curiously.

"Because you are from the succubus clan. There are some rules that do not apply to you." replied the system.

Lily was immune to diseases and poison and could equip higher lvl clothes. Unfortunately, it didn't work for weapons and she resented it. She looked at some other weapons and saw a lvl 25 staff and took it out. Fortunately, there was no error and she breathed a sigh of relief.

"The Old Man's Staff. It is beautiful as a decoration but has no effect."

She had already assumed that it was no big deal, but if she walked around with it, she didn't look like a succubus. She had to save her class at all costs. She looked at the other things and saw a ' sell ' option at the bottom and didn't know if the currency was better here or in a random shop.

When she ran out of space she could sell things unless her space was infinite.

She ate food in the inn and went outside. It was lonely being alone but it was better to live in freedom and she didn't miss her former life. She had wished many times that the world would end because her life was paltry. She went to the town square and saw an obelisk that looked like a winged lizard sitting on four legs.

As she was walking over to it, she heard a man say, "Excuse me, but I heard you can give special buffs."

She turned around and saw a small chubby dwarf who was dressed in a white cloth that covered his whole body. It looked like he was rolled up in a tablecloth.

"I also heard from someone yesterday. I can pay you if it is." said another man.

"I am willing to give you valuable things." said a third man.

Lily looked around and saw a lot of men coming closer and when she saw their hungry eyes it suddenly dawned on her that she couldn't get rid of them by saying no thank you. There were at least 30 present and she had no intention of sleeping with clammy types.

She hurried to run away and heard them calling after her, "Miss, wait for us. We promise not to hurt you. We just want your buff."

She found a dark alley and hid and stood completely still. She didn't know if they had a method to track her and if it was allowed in cities. What if it was a pvp zone.

She waited for some time and when she couldn't hear them talking anymore she took the hooded cloak and put the staff back since the men had already seen it.

She went to the town square again and went to the obelisk.

She touched it, "Teleport to Amenale the Capital. Cost 1kk gold."

So it cost 1mil to teleport but she knew that big things happened in the capital.

She paid 1mil and suddenly a magic circle appeared under her and suddenly everything went black. She only managed to blink once and saw that she was standing in a completely new place.

It was full of people selling different things and there was life in the streets. She looked up and saw large majestic buildings. It looked like a medieval street but there was something magical about it. There were no people flying around in the air and she thought it was a no flying rules . As she walked around, she saw a shop selling masks and immediately went into it.

There were shelves and all kinds of masks and to her surprise they were all cheap and she wondered about it.

She approached one of them. "The Mask of Santa Claus. Can only be used once. Duration 24h. Cannot remodel."

They all cost 1k gold so she chose to buy 2x of all the masks on the shelves. Now she had extra and wasn't afraid to run out for some time.
