Episode 50
He panted hard running through corridors, the long jacket he wore flapped backwards as he ran, his hands were gloved and he wore closed shoes even in the summer heat. The ends of the muffler wrapped around his neck danced in the air as he ran, his hat flew off but he didn't care enough to retrieve it.
"Kei!" I yelled soon as I spotted him running off to the wrong corridor whilst sitting in waiting
"Kei?!" Alex stood up in surprise "What's he...?" But before Alex could ask, Aoi and father caught up as well.
"I just thought he had to be there no matter what" She said as she came running upto me and without a second thought I gave her a kiss on the lips even surprising myself even though she might have only expected a hug judging by her expression...but I couldn't help it... I mean I was just so happy she brought Keit kun... I thought they were just running late on the hours but this surprise was more than I could ask for
"So sorry, we missed the first train and then we had to wait till the second train to go to xxx city and pick him up from the institution, the paper work took so much time and they wouldn't let him go since we weren't his relatives so we had to have Rena san take a train and get him out... I just didn't want to come without him no matter how long it would take..!" She said hugging me nevertheless
"No I'm glad you decided to bring him, dad would be so happy.." I said getting squished up in her tight hug.
"How's he now?" Father asked Alex
"Anytime now..." Alex told him while little Adrian in the baby carrier on Alex's chest was cooing and throwing arms and legs seeing his father, trying to get his attention.
I looked at Kei kun who was standing by the door staring at it intently without paying any attention to us "Hey.." I called out to him because touching him wasn't an option. He momentarily looked at me but then moved his eyes away, he still had a problem maintaining eye contact "It's okay..go in.." He looked at me finally but didn't say anything "He's not mad..just go in.. I told you over and over he only wants you to see him"
Everyone became quiet too yet silently supporting me but he still hesitated until suddenly a pitched small crying voice came from the room and his eyes widened.
"QUICK GO..ATLEAST DON'T MISS ON THE SECOND ONE!" I ended up yelling at him and in a split second he went through the door.
Please....be with dad....
"So I have to ask but why is no one in there with him?" Father asked with a kind of dumbfounded expression.
"Ah..about that.."
Me and Alex both looked away with a traumatized expression..

"Sir..NO STOP YOU CAN'T PULL THE DOCTOR'S HAIR!" The nurse yelled
"SHUTUP I'M GOING TO BEAT ALL OF YOU TO PULP!" Akio gritted
The baby was crying so much already in addition to Akio's constant cursing and pulling the hair of anyone who came into sight...the only reason he didn't have the whole hospital freaked out was the sound proofing of the labor room which had kept this violent yeller contained so far.
"OH GOODNESS SOMEONE SHUTUP THE BABY UP MY EARS WILL GO BLIND!" Akio yelled letting go of the doctor's hair who ran away with the first baby girl
"SIR YOUR EARS CAN'T GO BLIND!" The nurse yelled to Akio's yelling.
"WOULD YOU STOP YELLING IN MY EAR!" Akio yelled at the nurse's yelling for yelling at Akio's yelling.
"I'LL STOP YELLING SIR!" She yelled
"DON'T YELL TO TELL ME YOU WON'T YELL!" Akio yelled
"OH LORD STOP! EVERYONE'S YELLING IS MAKING THE BABY YELL!" The other doctor who replaced the first one yelled.
"I'M GONNA PULL YOUR HAIR OUT IF YOU YELL AT ME DAMN WJJII##FWGHDBGDGJAJ####" Akio kept yelling random curses until the door opened and his eyes widened and for the first time in nine hours he became quiet for more than thirty seconds.
Even the doctors looked back in curiosity at the angel who saved their ears and hair, though the baby they had wrapped up in towels was still at it.
"Sir you can't.." The doctor had to return to his professional behavior.
"It's okay....he's...he's the father...." Akio interrupted him and talked with a lower hoarse voice after all that yelling.
"I see.. come here sir.." The nurse tried to reach her hand to get him but he suddenly moved back into the corner coiling up
"DON'T TOUCH HIM..!" Akio ended up yelling at the nurse who got startled for real this time
"Sorry..." She backed away and only then Keitarou moved forward slowly towards Akio
"Please don't touch him..anyone..." Akio said sternly
"Sir would you like to help deliver the second baby?" The doctor asked Keitarou and he nodded with hesitation "Why don't you have a seat right there" He said politely and Keiatrou sat down after a little "Sir...we'll have to do what we did earlier alright? breathe and push..remember?" The doctor said and Akio nodded without taking his eyes off Keitarou.
Seemed like after hours of yelling and screaming in pain, he'd finally calmed down seeing the person he really wanted next to him
Keitarou wouldn't meet his eye directly but he slowly took off the glove from his right hand and extended a shivering hand towards Akio's....holding it...
Well it was romantic and all till the real thing..because Akio squeezed the hell outta that hand once it started coming out and then it was all curses and yelling again.
(Note: The setting of this particular omegaverse allows natural delivery with male omegas and allows them to have the necessary system and organs required for it only during labor)

"Congratulations! both the parent and kids made it through...the pair of alpha girls are born healthy and kicking and when I say kicking, I really mean it" The doctor pointed at his blue eye
So that was why! I was wondering why his eye was blue the whole time!
"Can we see them?!" I asked excitedly
"Yes sure, the nurses just finished bathing them and handed them over to the parents" He said and walked away.
"Natsuro" She held my wrist before I could go again "I think we should give them some time right now.."
Well she's right too... it's first time since that day that Dad and Keitarou kun are seeing each other but ughhhhh I really want to see my siblings!!!
"Ah right..doesn't that make Adrian their big bro too?" I came to a realization
"Not really.. they're not related.." Father said, little Adrian was in his arms now and he was playing the cooing game with him, Adrian was cooing at him with so much concentration that I was almost fooled that they were having an actual conversation.
"Wait, so Adrian and I have same father and the twins and I have same dad..so doesn't that make us all siblings?" I asked curiously
"Ah my dummy little boy...they're just related to you.. " Aoi said but I was still in existential confusion "Ah look Adrian's parents are Alex and Mr. Zhuang..and the girls' parents are Akio san and Kei...see?"
"Wait...so...how are they related to me then!!" I had a brain error, pretty much fused it and Aoi was practically banging her head to the wall.
"Aoi, forget him he's an idiot" Alex sighed.
"Hey! don't call an idiot an idiot, that's rude!" I pouted.
"He doesn't even deny it" Alex face palmed
Geez so rude, they make fun of me every time they get together like this...!
"Well then..we'll give those two a little time and here I go stealing you" Aoi said and suddenly lifted me up and made a run
"Oye! put me down you crazy woman!"

"You know..you can let go now..." Akio said since even after this much time Keitarou still hadn't let go of his hand. Hearing that Keitarou suddenly pulled his hand away with a blush.
The girls were laid in a cot next to Akio's bed, once in a while one would open their tightly shut eyes and take a peek.
"Their eyes... they are identical but their eyes are of different colours.." Akio whispered
"The..ir.." Keitarou finally said a word and it gave Akio more of a shock than he'd imagined, he had thought he might never again hear his voice ever since Kei had became silence "ha....ha...ir..so...li..ke...yo..u.." He mumbled without looking at him
Akio's lips started to tremble, he controlled really really hard, blinked his eyes multiple times and tried to move his eyes in all directions to avoid it but it was inevitable
"Ah gosh...WHY....I've been able to do it for so long...why do you always manage to do this!" GOSH DARN IT! DAMN YOU!!" Akio cursed under his breath whilst Keitarou sat still with his lowered head
And off they trickled, the tears held back for years, for some reason the girls started crying loudly as well and covered the moment of embarrassment for him under their pitched voices...
"Dammit...dammmit.. damnnit all!!!"
