Teaching the Girls about Tech

After Vance had told the girls about his being from another world and they had all said they believed him, Vance began showing them the functions of some of the things from his world.

"This is a game console. I created it with the ability to play games from any console. You use it for entertainment. Here's how to use it."

After saying this Vance proceeded to show the girls how to use the console. They played different games. Vance easily beat everyone except Celine as she also had his memories of video games. But the girls gradually got better at the game. The fastest to adapt was Jess surprisingly. The normally mature acting older twin sister of the childish Hope became quite childish while playing and eventually was able to match Vance in the fighting game that they had started with.

"God you learned quick Jess." Said Alice.

"It just became really easy all of a sudden! C'mon one more match! Just one more please Vance!" She said much more childishly than she normally was.

"Fine fine. One more match. There's a lot more things I got to show you girls in this place." Vance said.

A short few minutes later Jess had won the match and Vance had brought them to the next thing he wanted to show them.

"This is a computer. You can use it to play games, look up various information, watch shows, watch videos, and quite a bit more. What do you wanna check out on it first?"

"What kind of videos Mr. Vance?" Asked Alice curiously.

"Well there's stuff like watching other people play games with their friends and making jokes. There's videos of people explaining different concepts and whatnot. Although honestly having you guys watch this stuff might not be the best idea. I don't really know how all this information will affect you girls. I guess I'll find out sooner or later. But for now I don't know about it."

Saying this Vance proceeded to show the girls different computer games.

As Vance went through the house and showed them different technology and how to use it, night fell.

"I can't believe that explaining all this stuff took a full day. It's honestly surprising. I guess I never thought of what it would be like to explain it to someone who knew none of it. But the bright side is, now that you girls know how to use all of this, we can finally start relaxing at the base."
