[Suburb City]

A young Lad was seen lying casually on his enormous bed, earnestly snuggling his cozy blanket not minding his surrounding. As he slept, a loud ring suddenly echoed , promptly waking the lad causing him to frantically leap out of his bed.

The sudden ring originated form his smart phone which was idly laid on a stool, close to his bed. Struggling to wrap his head around the situation, he slowly grabbed his phone, immediately turning off the annoying and constant ringing.

Not minding what time it is, the young lad immediately went back to sleep, wrapping himself up with his blanket.

"Wait.. I have school this morning!"

Worriedly The young lad, leaped out of bed, heading straight towards his window, pulling away the curtains trying to ascertain the accurate time frame. To his greatest surprise, it was already the peak of the new day.

"Shit, I'm going to be late for school!"

Rushing straight the bathroom, the young lad undressed himself revealing his weak but attractive body physique.

"That's me, Jayden Hwang"

The young lad zoomed out of the bathroom, quickly putting on a grey colored hoodie, alongside his sets of underwear, black colored pants and sneakers. Grabbing his backpack, a classic gamers headset and Smart phone, he swiftly left his room heading towards the living room.

In the living room, a beautiful blonde woman was seen casually lying on the couch watching TV.

"Hey Mum!"

" Hey Son, I think you're late"

"I know, I'll see you later!"

"Bye Honey!"

"Bye!"

Immediately, he dashed out off the house, running towards the High school he attended which was surprisingly close by.

"My life is pretty boring as you can see.. My Dad died a long time, so the only person I've got is my Mom"

At Jayden's High school, the Lad was clearly furiously panting as he walked through Hallway which was filled with other students, likely same age or higher.

"My social life also sucks, giving to note that I literally have no friends… I'm just that kid who seats at the back, always going unnoticed by everyone, even the teachers"

Few Hours later, all the students were seen in the Cafeteria, obviously having their mid day lunch. At the end of the entire building, Jayden could be seen alone with his headphone on, obviously connected to his phone.

"The only thing that keeps me company, helping me through the day is.. Games. I'm what you call a Pro-Gamer. Despite the fact that my Real life sucks, in the gaming community, I'm like a king… known by the name Hellsing the Overlord"

"Also, My favorite game is called Nevrex Empire!"

Hours later, the school was apparently closing for the day, as the students were seen either heading into the bus or walking home. Like always, Jayden was alone.

"This is pretty much my life, it's nothing special though…. Well that's what I thought, until the day… I died!"

As Jayden crossed the road, his attention was locked unto his phone which was connected to the headphone's he wore. Obviously, one could tell the Lad attention was deeply rooted in the video game he was playing.

"Hey!"

"Yo Kid!"

"Watch out!" The passing Pedestrian worriedly yelled, trying to signal the poor unknowing Lad.

"Huh?" Jayden blurted, suddenly spotting a double decker bus, apparently rushing towards him.

"No…No…No!" He helplessly screamed as the bus which was currently at high speed, furiously crashed into the Lad, killing him instantly.

Almost immediately the Lad dead from the fatal accident, he woke up in a void space, aimlessly floating in the midst of nothing but darkness. Obviously confused, Jayden turned left and then right, trying to ascertain his exact location.

"Where am I?"

"Oh, that's right… I died. So where am I?"

"Is this the Afterlife?"

"Shit, why the hell did I have to die!" He sadly yelled, slowly tearing up.

"Now, my mom's going to be all alone… Damnit, There's no point now!"

"It's over!" He said as tears ran down his eyes.

"I'm sorry Mom, I didn't fulfill my promise to you. Even if I told you I had friends and good life, I had none of those …. I'm sorry I won't be able to make you happy"

"If I ever get reborn or something, I promise I'll be there to make you happy!" He said, as his body descended into the abyss.

After a brief moment of silence, something strange caught the Lad's attention. An Azure colored Dialog panel appeared right in front of his face, gravely shocking the disheartened teenage boy.

"Class, what the hell is that?" He blurted.

A PLAYER IS EXPECTED TO CHOOSE ONE AND THAT CHOSEN CLASS SIGNIFIES THE PLAYERS ROLE IN THE GAME]

"Hmm, So I've got to choose one Class. I don't know what the game is about but judging from this, it shouldn't be different from the games I've played in my short lifetime…. I'll choose Raider" He commented, slowly gaining enthusiasm.

As he got mesmerized by the existence of the strange Metaphysical phenomenon called The Player System, he suddenly noticed that his body was been pixelated, shocking the Lad. Before he could emotionally react, his entire body disappeared from the dark abyss, promptly reappearing in a digital world similar to Earth.

Judging by the architectural design and structure of the entirely new world around him, one could tell it was some kind of Science fiction reality. The entire place was crawling with digital and highly technological buildings, beings, crafts and so on.

Jayden was currently standing in front of gigantic Jade colored force field which had digital Hive patterns.

"I can't get in…. Shit, why's this happening?" He added, still trying to force his way into the force field.

As he persistently pushed against the barrier, it continue led to negate him, disallowing his entrance.

Going in for another round of trials, he tried pushing his hand through the force field but just like previous times, it negated him with immense force.

"Damnit!" He cursed, shifting his attention to his system timer which was currently on eighteen seconds.

"No sweat, I've got this!" He said, going in for round three, with the results same as always.

Please open up, I don't wanna die… Wait, what am I saying. I'm going to be erased!" He frantically exclaimed, heavily banging on the energy barrier.
