1 the beginning

January 12, 1995 was the day I would be exposed to the wonders of the fine delicacy, cheese. I was 6 years of age when I took my first bite of cheese. My mind had exploded with all the fine details of parmesan jack, 5 oz of pure wonder. I couldn't contain myself I let it out on the spot, right in the living room with everyone sitting right next to me, I had to let it out, how could I not? God had blessed my entire being. I went to the bathroom I cleaned up the refined crumbs of the cheese.
