2 CHAPTER 2

<RAN MAY'S P.O.V>

As soon as the bell rang for lunch break a lot of the boys in the nearby classes had swarmed over her wanting to be the lead singer of the band that she was the manager for. None of them were what she was looking for, but she was starting to get desperate. It had been almost three months and she hadn't found anyone that fit what she was looking for. Her band was really popular, but if they didn't have a lead singer they couldn't perform.

As May went around the corner to the back of the building where there less people, she heard the sound of someone singing. Was someone listening to something without headphones on? The voice was too good to be a student. May followed the sound until she came to a window. The window was slightly above May's head so she had to pull herself up onto it. What she saw when she did almost made her fall.

A boy with green hair and hazel eyes was danceing and singing. May was dumbstruck as she watched the boy moving agilely in the small room.

When May was sure that he was done she spoke. "Hey, you." When she spoke he spun around quickly. "Sorry did I scare You?" The boy relaxed once he saw her. "You didn't scare me, I just didn't notice you, I was surprised." They were both silent for a moment. "You can come in if you want," he said as he picked up a bottle of water, May climbed in and leaned against the wall. "Can you do that again?" She asked. The boy looked confused. "That dance, can you do it again?"

The boy understood now and said, "Sure." He repeated the whole dance again. May had him do it again he repeated a few more times and every time May was speechless at his talent. She realized two things, one at one flip in the middle of the song he would always frown as if he wasn't satisfied. The second thing May noticed is that the song was definitely not one she knew, and May knew a LOT of songs.

When the boy finished the dance she asked him, "What song is that?" The boy stared at her for a moment then answered.

"I wrote it myself." The answer surprised her but this point May felt like this boy could do anything. He said that he'd written the song AND made the dance. Then he handed her a folder and showed her the lyrics.

Suddenly May got an idea. "Hey, do you want to join Musical Sky?" The boy stared at her silently with surprise written all over his face.

"W-What?" he stammered. May wasn't about to give up so she persisted. "We need a lead singer and I think you'd be perfect. You also have crazy dancing skills.

May grabbed the boy's wrist and dragged him out the window he stumbled but landed on his feet. May held tightly onto the boy's wrist and pulled him towards the club room of Musical Sky. some people who were hang around looked there way but didn't pay much atention to them When May reached the door of the club she heard the sound of somebody playing an electric guitar.

The boy was staring at the door listening to the guitar. May pushed the door open and walked in dragging him along. As may walk in the person playing the guitar stopped and looked up at her curiously. He looked back and forth between the boy and May.
