Lynn enthusiastically said in to the speaker his eyes twinkling. His delicate fingers moved across the board selecting the desired song . Humming in delight he pressed play and moved back into the comforts of the chair imagining his date with Tom .

Work was finally over . Lynn flew to the break room stashing his papers into his backpack which he flung across his back and dazedly grabbing his coat holding it in his arm . It was only six Pm but the sun still stood shining in the sky along with the faint outlines of the moon .

A vibration was felt , he reached down into his pocket taking his phone out that shone with a glow : a message from Tom .

Tom 💕: my house at 9 ? 😘

Lynn smiled happily his dimples rolling into his cheeks . His heart shook with happiness , finally he got a date . Lynn chuckled to himself and skipped back to his apartment . His apartment consisted of a small kitchen that lead to a wider living room that was connected to the storage room and the master bedroom . Along with a single bathroom it was everything Lynn wanted . A sweet little apartment that smells like baked goods.

Humming a song Lynn walked into his bedroom , his bubble butt slapped against the chair . Lynn looked into the mirror his slender hand caressing the side of his face as if it was Tom's hand . Lynn then decided to get ready for his date : he took a nice long bath , using the star berry scented shampoo and bath gel , he wrapped himself in a robe and plopped down onto the stool in front of his dressing table. Squirting moisturising lotion into his hand he applied it to his face making his face look divine . His subtle pink skin and jade like texture made his proud .

Lynn then grabbed cherry lip balm and smacked his lips before applying mascara to the edge of his lashes . Of course he wanted to look good not only because it was his first date but also because he was in love with Tom . Lynn did a little happy dance then headed towards his wardrobe about to pick out an outfit.

Without warning his phone lighted up and played a tune . Lynn grabbed the phone and slid his finger across the screen without looking at the ID

" Hey babe "

" Tom ? You had my number ?!? " Lynn said shocked

" Mmh ... " a rustling noise was heard in the background

" I got- huff- it from your manager "

" oh... you sound odd , are you alright ? Do you want me to bring over some tablets" asked Lynn with a caring and soothing tone .

Lynn was always kind and gentle thought Tom on the other side . Tom grabbed he girls hair and pulled it back and smiled into the phone

" you're so sweet darling , can't wait to see you again "

Lynn could imagine his smirk . He replied " haha you saw me today tho -"

Time flew by and it was nearly time for Lynn to head out . Lynn wore an oversized lilac sweater with white shorts . He paired them with converse that were also purple . He tucked his blond hair behind his ear giving off an cute and angelic aura . With his doe eyes and delicate white skin , he looked stunning .

With his fairy like face , Lynn walked out confidently .

Lynn walked down the desolate streets , continuously looking down on the map on his phone and the pavement ahead of him . Lynn turned around the corner and spotted Tom standing at the front of his door . He was about the call Tom over to show that he was here .

But fate decided Tom wasn't for Lynn . Lynn saw Tom smash his face against a red headed beauty . Her dainty arms wrapped around Tom's neck . Lynn felt a sharp stabbing pain in his heart and without knowing it he let out a choke .

Causing Tom be aware of his presence , his eyes filled will surprised Tom pushed the girl away

" LYNN!!"

Lynn ignored him and ran for his life , letting out heart wrenching sobs that filled you with his pain and sadness . His first shot at love and he didn't even have his first date .

Lynn's eyes swirled with emotions : anger , grief and sadness . He leaned against the wall sliding down against it . Putting his head in between his knees he let out all his emotions .

At that moment a blinding white light shot through the night sky ripping away the visible stars .

One by one the lampposts turned off . Putting the world in a defeating silence .

This was only the start of the series of events that were to come ...
