I can hardly breathe my lungs feel as though they've been filled with glue, my mind feels heavy yet strangely light. The bird and I have had a few back and forth interactions, nothing too extreme. "It seems it's testing me, but why," I thought as I looked at its reflection zig-zag, only to then move in a more snake-like form. It's been changing up its flight patterns quite a lot. Attacking more often its patterns have become more unpredictable.

"I can't let it know that I've noticed its reflection," I thought to myself. As I waited for the right moment to use shatter. I'm waiting for a moment to use shatter as it's supposed to be used "like a bat"

Just a few minutes ago it managed to cut my arm nearly shredding It to pieces. I find it strange and almost scary that im still standing, nothing seems to phase me anymore. The urge to survive has completely enclosed my mind. It's amazing how strong adrenaline is. Its as though my minds been set upon a straight path and nothing could ever distract me.

A soul wrenching screech could be heard again, sounding filled with rage and pain. This time coming from further away than ever. As I looked down I noticed the ripples on the water they served as an early warning system that let me know that this creature is no longer flying but instead running on the water, but as I was thinking about that the bird came within my view running at an extraordinary speed.

Its black feather-covered with dirty red blood with a pale white blood-drenched bones sticking out of it. it seemed to be moving slowly as though giving my mind time to process just how terrifying it appeared, the added dried blood gave the bird an undead appearance. "Shit," I thought as I finally got a good look at the creature that had been hunting me. This quickly prompted me to take off running. Choosing to run in a straight line to horizontally.

I realized that facing this creature head-on was just going to get me killed. I wanted to run around it, circle around and hopefully manage to get a few hits off on it. just as I was picking up speed. I ripple increased and the large bird nearly twice as big as grizzle bear lunged at me, its pale bone like claws and large beak were the first things I noticed. I wasn't afraid of the bird's body no that was simple to get around… it's the bones that come out of its body that scar the life of me.

"How the hell did it get here so quickly" I nearly yelled out while dashing backward out of its range…... we stood face to face, me a 17 teen-year-old recent high school graduate it a beast with enough size to be considered the largest land and air predator.

Just as I was attempting to take a fighting stance it gave off another screeching cry, unfurled its giant distorted wings. One clearly lower than the other, now that it stood before me so closely, I could smell its breath that radiated with death, a body riddled with bones protruding out, wounds appearing puss-filled and infected.

The creator of this creature obviously wanted to create fear in the hearts of enemies and…. It worked. I couldn't stop my legs from shaking, my breath became heavy and too frequent, my body felt as though it was submerged in itching powder…. "Ahhhhhh" I wanted to scream out to escape the feeling of my very soul wanting to up and leave.

"My not afraid of you beast ahhhh" I screamed out attempting to harden my nerves and look the monster that stood before me in the eyes... Its eyes my god its eyes were like pathways to hell itself. As though it trapped its slain victims in those pale golden eyes.

"That's enough. We've learned everything we need to"

I could feel the softness of my bed…. But as I attempted to open my eyes, I felt a large hand on my face. "What's going on" I attempted to scream out. But my mouth couldn't move, not only my mouth but my body as well. Nothing seemed to be working as though I've been paralyzed.

After he said that I felt as though a foreign substance entered my body in droves as he moved his hand I still couldn't move my body and started to feel sleepy... Cerci I guess and a boy with pasty white hair, he was shirtless with scars all over his body…. my god his eyes are golden….
