53 Taking Over
Tony wanted to laugh at the surprised look on the captain's face. Slowly, the captain extended his hand and shook Tony's hand.
"So… Tony, how is Howard?" the captain asked
"Dead" Tony replied
"Right, seventy years" Steve scratch his head awkwardly
"Killed actually" Tony explained "Hydra saved and brainwashed your friend, Bucky Barns, in order to make him an assassin for them. They called him the winter soldier and he killed my parents"
Steve was hyperventilating at this point "What?" he asked in confusion
"You have a lot of catching up to do Cap. Let's go" Tony turned again and walked out of the room, a shocked Captain America close behind.
"Where is he?" Steve asks
"Don't know yet, will know soon" Tony replied "now, here is what I want to talk to you about" Tony then entered another room with an old woman lying on a bed with the Phoenixes beside it, singing calm songs
"Who is it?" Steve asked as his heart pinged
"That is Peggy Carter" Tony explained "I thought I'd bring her here for motivation"
The Captain paused and slowly turned to Tony "Motivation for what" he asked with narrowed eyes
"To protect the world of course" Tony smiled and brought out a white sphere. He crushed it and it turned to a piece of paper with terms and conditions
Steve took it and began reading "you'll give me power, equipment, make Peggy young again and give me a generous sum of money, if I join your team to protect the innocent?" the captain asked "sounds too good to be true" he concluded
Tony shrugged "what can I say, I'm a fan"
The cap furrowed his brows "this feels like making a deal with the devil" he stated as the contract turned back into a sphere
Tony's eyes widened "oh, wow. I never saw it like that but… DAMN"
"Language" Steve admonished
Tony looked at him with half lidded eyes making the Cap look away "just put the orb to your heart and let's get this over with, I have things to do"
Steve did as told and he felt new power coursing through his veins "what is this?"
Tony smiled "you're a wizard Steve"
"…"
"I'm a what?" the Cap asked again
Tony sighed, he needed to get Cap on the internet, but for now "C'mon, let's wake our sleeping beauty"
When the Captain turned to Peggy, he saw the woman he knew. She was as beautiful as the day he left and she was right there.
"My part is done here; I'll leave you alone with her. Shout for Domina if you need anything" Tony explained as he left

The shareholders meeting was the next day, so Tony didn't want to take on anything and was going to go through his inventory "several new skills, use. Several repeat skills, save to share later. Several summons, not now. weapons and equipment I have or can make better than most… System… why do I have a starter pack?"

"… why am I getting a mix of science and sorcery books?" Tony asked, trying to keep calm

Tony paused "the X-men exist here?" he asked, wide eyed. If they do, it was a whole new level of bullshit he was dealing with

After a moment Tony released a heavy sigh "Gonna need to work on that Domina, if you would" Tony requested
"Of course my lord" rang her voice
"Jarvis set up the work station. We have a couple suits to build" Tony commanded as he went towards the design area "Keep it on my private server"
"Yes sir. May I ask what kind of suit you were thinking of?" Jarvis asked
Tony smirked as he opened the Iron Suits Blueprints
"Tactical"

Next morning Tony and Pepper were sitting in the closed meeting room with several shareholders. There were about twenty total and they were all sitting there, glaring at Tony.
Without prompt Tony snapped his fingers and they all suddenly had a faraway look. Pepper then spread documents around, each person has their own.
"In front of you is a contract that will have you sell the shares to me for 10% more than the original price. It's generous, especially considering the decline in share prices and so, you accept to sell them" Tony then snapped his fingers again, and all but Obadiah woke up and signed the sale agreements
After doing so Tony nodded to them "thank you gentlemen, that'll be all" He said, causing them to scuttle out the door. Tony then turned to Obadiah "this is your will. Sign it and document it with your lawyer, then come find me
Obadiah nodded and left with the document in hand. Tony looked towards 'Pepper' as she turned to Nymmi "that turned me on" she purred
Tony smiled and picked her up "I think we can be a bit late for home"
She nodded "and this table is looking mighty comfortable" she smirked, wrapping her hand around his neck
Tony spanked her and spoke "Guess I need to punish my naughty secretary" causing her to giggle

When Tony got home Obadiah arrived at the same time. Tony nodded towards the man and took a copy of the will; he then snapped his finger and Obadiah vanished.
He would later be found shot in the head due to a mugging gone wrong. And the mugger dead as he over dosed on drugs he bought with the cash from Obadiah's wallet that was still in the mugger's apartment with the gun.
Easily closed case.
Tony Stark was now the sole owner of Stark industries, and several people didn't believe Obadiah's death as simple as it seemed to be.
