Ch. 48 Realization

( Yuto Pov )

Grisha:" And we are home, come let's meet my wife."

Grisha opened the door and announced himself.

Grisha:" I'm home."

Carla:" Welcome home both of you, and it seems we have two other guests as well?"

Grisha:" Ah, yes, I'll explain later. Mikasa, why don't you take the guest room at the far right." He spoke as he looked at Mikasa, who wasn't moving and was still holding onto my shirt.

Grisha noticing this looked towards me, and I understood he wanted me to help.

" Come, Mikasa, let's see your new room."

Taking her hand, I led her to the room.

" Hm, it's nice. since it's late, you should go to bed. I'll be going now."

Before I could pass the doorway, I was once again stopped by Mikasa.

" Y'know I have to leave, I'll come visit."

Carla appeared by the door.

Carla:" You could stay the night. It seems Mikasa would use the company."

I looked at her, and since it's already dark, I can't go back since they can't leave a kid alone at night.

" Sigh, alright then."

Carla:" That's great. If you're hungry, there's a plate for the two of you on the table."

" Oh, thank you."

Carla:" And you'll be sleeping in erens' room. I'll give you a set of blankets."

" Thank you, you're very kind." I spoke as I walked to the dinner table with Mikasa following me.

Me and Mikasa sat on the table with Grisha and Eren.

Eren:" Hey, Yuto, where are you from?"

" Oh, I'm from Wall sina."

Eren:" Eh? really? but you don't wear fancy clothes like them."

Grisha seemed to agree as he also went inside wall Sina when they asked for his medicine. And Eren just so happened to join him one time.

Grisha:" Yes, not to mention you don't act like them, and you're very far from Wall Sina."

" My parents aren't around that much, much less care for me. I like to travel around exploring. I guess I like the freedom from my parents' expectations."

It seemed that Grisha understood as he went back to eating and listening as Eren asked more questions.

Eren:" So what are you going to do in the future, Yuto?"

" I don't know, but I do want to see outside of the walls."

Eren:" OH!!! ME TO!! Ouch!" He shouted before Carla pulled his ears.

Eren:" Ouch, ouch."

Carla:" You should know that the outside of the walls are dangerous!!, You're not joining the scouts like I said before. And the same goes for you, Yuto."

I held my hands up as Carla gave a glare, and I just went back to eating. And Mikasa was eating as she listened in.

After eating, it was time to sleep. Sleeping on the floor in erens room as he had the bed.

Eren:" Hey, do you really mean what you said?"

" Every word." I said as I had my eyes closed with my sunglasses by the pillow.'

Eren:" I've got an idea. we should join the scouts! I'm sure we'll get the chance. Also, you should meet my.other friend Armin. He has a book about the outside."

" Really? I guess I should meet your friend as well."

Eren:" Mhm, goodnight."

" Goodnight."

* Next Morning *

I woke up to find another person under the blanket and opened the cover to reveal Mikasa, I tried to move, but she held me tightly.

' Sigh, I guess I'm a body pillow now.'

Eren:" Mm, wha..? Why's Mikasa here?" He questioned as he just woke up.

" Help me out here."

Eren:" Sigh, alright."

He said as he took off the blankets and started to pull Mikasa off but couldn't as she had a strong grip.

Eren:" Grrraaahh, Damn it, how's she so strong."

Eren fell down as he tried to remove Mikasa.

" Sigh, try harder."

Eren:" I am!!" Tryimg to pry Mikasa again only to fail, and it seemed Grisha checked on us, and he was watching from the door frame.

Grisha:" Once you guys are done, I have to head to Wall Sina in the afternoon, and Yuto, I'll drop you off on the way." He said as he left.

Eren:" Come on, dad, help us with Mikasa."

Grisha:" That's your problem, kids." He said from down the hallway.

' Sigh, if I remember right, her Ackerman bloodline should be able to respond to me and make her body in my control.'

" Sigh, Mikasa wake up."

After saying that, Mikasa jolted awake.

Mikasa:" Huh!? Yuto?"

" Morning Mikasa." I said as Mikasa realized where she was lying on top of. With a blush on her face, she slowly got up and didn't look me in the eye as she stood there.

Eren:" Ugh, finally let's go, mom must've made some breakfast."

" Let's go, Mikasa." I said as I grabbed her hand to the table.

Carla:" You guys are finally awake. You should eat quickly before the food gets could."

" Good morning, Thank you, Carla, for the food."

Carla:" Mhm." She nodded as she went to wash the dishes.

After breakfast, we went to meet Erens friend, Armin, following Eren with Mikasa as she wore the black jacket I gave her.

Walking to a house, Eren knocked to reveal an old man.

Grandfather Arlert:" Oh, Eren and his friends! you just missed Armin, he left to the market."

Eren:" OH! Alright, see you later!"

" Hm, have a good day." I spoke as I left to follow Eren with Mikasa.

Eren ran to the marketplace as we followed, and I was able to map out the place.

Arriving at the marketplace, Eren turned to us.

Eren:" Alright, help me find Armin. He has blond hair and blues eyes he's also small as well. "

"Alright."

' Though, not a clear description.'

We walked through the marketplace when we passed an alleyway with yelling.

??:" Hey, look, it's girly boy!!"

??:" What are you doing here, girly!"

Eren, seeing Armin being bullied, ran up to one of them and punched them. Before he could attack again, he was caught and was about to be beaten.

Punching the kid that was holding Eren, I kicked him in the stomach, dodging a punch. I digged my elbow into his stomach and followed through with an uppercut. Catching the arm of the third bully, I kicked his knee, making him kneel and kneeling him in the face.

All of this happened in about 12 seconds. Walking to armkn as he looked in shock. I offered a hand.

" You must be Armin, a friend of Eren, is a friend of mine."

Armin:" Y.. yeah, uuhh, thank you for helping."

Eren:" Hey, I had the..." Before he could finish, he was pushed aside by Mikasa as she grabbed my hand and checked for any injuries when I punched them.

Chuckling, I spoke again:" I'm fine, Mikasa, this is Mikasa, and I'm Yuto."

Armin:" Yes, nice to meet you, I'm Armin Arlert."

Eren:" Het watch where you're going!" He yelled but was ignored by Mikasa as she stood near me.

" Well, I've never been to Shinashigan before. Why don't you show me around before I leave."

Armin:" Oh, I know where we should go."

After saying that, we floowed Armin and arrived at a river, we were sitting on the grass under a tree.

" Huh, this is quite nice."

Armin:" Mhm, it is, right, Eren."

We turned to Eren, who was asleep.

" Huh, if only we had a marker, how are you feeling, Mikasa?"

Mikasa:" Fine." She spoke as she was holding the jackets collar to cover half of her face.

" Well, I got to go back home."

Armin:" Mhm, I'll stay until Eren wakes up."

" Alright, I'll get going." As I stood up, Mikasa fid as well, and I walked back to Erens house to meet with Grisha.

" You know Mikasa, you'll have to stay with the Yeagers."

I noticed that Mikasa stopped walking as she stared at me.

" Don't worry, I'll come by to visit every month."

Mikasa looked at me with dead eyes.

" Every week?"

Mikasa was still staring at me.

" Sigh, I'll come Every day."

Mikasa seemed to smile at that. And we both headed toward the Yeager house and met up with Grisha.

Grisha was waiting outside.

Grisha:" We'll be taking the boats up the river. And from there I'll accompany you."

" Alright." I nodded.

Grisha:" And Mikasa, you'll be staying here with us. You should head inside and help Carla.Now where's Eren."

" Sleeping by the river with Armin watching over him."

Grisha:" Sigh, he always does that. Anyways, let's go, Yuto." He said as he carried his medicine bag, and as we were leaving, Mikasa was reluctant, but I managed to convince her that I'll be coming tomorrow as well.

* Wall Sina *

Me and Grisha arrived at a two story building. That screamed wealth.

Grisha:" I see, I always wonder who owned the building." He stated as I opened the door.

" Thank you for escorting me to my home. Do you want some refreshments?"

Grisha:" I'm fine, Yuto, this time it's an emergency, so I'll be leaving." He said as he waved as he turned to walk away. Waving back, I closed the door and checked the house.

The house had a white marble with golden designs.

' Iris, could I head back home?'

' Change it so in six months it would be the morning in Naruto.'

' Sigh, fine.'

But realization hit me.

' Fuuuuck Canon would start in one year as well!!!"
