Hiro woke up to a place filled with nothing, he realized the only sense he could use was to see.He looked around and the place was just filled with white.

"Finally you have woken up" A voice that he didn't recognize had spoken.

"Where am I" Hiro had questioned the random voice.

"You are in the void, and I am a Supreme God" said the voice.

"Well then I want to ask how I died" Hiro replied.

"You will know later, but for now let's focus on the current matter". The God said

"I will grant you five wishes, Since I am bored I want to make things a little interesting". The God was bored just sitting and watching people go on about their lives.

Hiro had started thinking, he was a previous otaku but not a NEET.

"Okay then these are my wishes, I want the Arc of Embodiment, A good Cultivation Technique,

Full control of Rinnegan and Rinnesharingan,

Instant Mastery of Anything, and lastly I want the ability to travel to different worlds".

"They will be granted" The God said.
