7 Detective; Decision...

"ALL FOR ONE!!!" I shouted in anger, as I created more anti entropy mechs. The titans rushed towards the destroyed and burned buildings, while the barrage units charged up their attacks from behind.

"SHOOT!!" Using the voice command, the barrage unit send out hundreds of unstable honkai energy shots through the sky. As they fell back down, I created a barrier around me to not get hit by the shockwave. *BOOOM!!**BOOOM!!**BOOOM!!**BOOOM!!*

The sound of desruction rages on, as the energy shots crashes down and explodes into a giant explosion. I gritted my teeth, as I felt it wasn't enough. Using void manipulation, I created portals behind me and void lances started to peek out of the portals.

"Gate of the Void!" The lances rushed towards the area and destroyed the already melted ground. As I felt my energy becoming lower over the attacks, I clicked my tongue in irritations. "Hope he dies..." Suddenly, I heard footsteps behind me and saw a nomu....

My eyes widened as,shock and despair filled my entire being. "M-Mother...." I looked at the nomu who resembled my mother. "Do you like it Kai?" I quickly turned back and saw All for One still standing from the burning ground.

"HOW?!" I shouted in shock. 'There's no way he could have survived that! Even a Herrscher would die!' He teleported beside the nomu and smiled evily. "You see this? This is my present for you." The nomu screeched as she rushed towards me.

My anger risened, as the strong honkai energy started to leak out from my body. "You... DON'T DESERVE TO LIVE!!" I charged up my body with Honkai Energy and started to do a full transformation. As my clothing changes, I cocked my arm and punched the nomu right in the stomach.

The Nomu screeched, as she flew back a few meters away. My eyes widened, as I felt my energy getting stolen. "Hahahaha! Did you find out? Your mother's quirk is very useful against you. Not only that! Using the energy you produce, it's only going to get stronger!"

The Nomu projected heavy metal gauntlets and screeched, as she kept approaching. 'D-Dad... I thought he survived...'

My tears begin to flow down my cheeks, as I gritted my teeth and closed my heart. 'Remember your training Kai... Wait... What training... Ehh..? What?' As I realized something wrong, everything went dark and I opened my eyes in shock.

"Gah!" I quickly sat back up and felt my body being sore. As I was breathing heavily, I quickly looked around the room and found that I was in Momo's bedroom. I sighed in relief, as I thought, 'Oh fuck... That was just a bad dream...'

'No... This might be some shitty warning... I need to get even stronger and protect my parents...' I thought, as I felt a breath of air touched my skin. I shivered and looked to my right. There was a little girl with long black hair, sleeping cutely as she snuggles on the pillow.

'Oh, it's just Momo...' I sighed and tried to remember everything that happened... 'Mom!' I quickly went up from the bed and rushed out the room. I kept running through the hallways, until I heard the sound of chattering in the lounge.

As I peeked inside, I saw my mother with a bandage on her head and some on her limbs talking with Mrs. Miriam. Tears begin to form, as I rushed towards her, "Mom!" My mother noticed me and said with a relieved smile, "Kai!"

I gave her a tight hug and said, "Mommy... I thought you were gone.... I was so scared... I thought.. I would lose you.. and the baby..." My mother gave me a soft smile ass she softly carrased my head, "It's alright... Mommy's fine... The baby too... Nobody's going away..."

I started to cry for awhile, before controlling myself and sat down beside my mother. *Sniff* 'Dammit... This... is so... embarrassing... A Herrscher crying... like a baby... Humanity's enemy my ass...' I thought, to calm myself even further.

As I was controlling myself, I heard footsteps walking quickly towards the lounge. I looked at the doorway and saw three people. My father, Mr. Isao, and a... Detective...? 'Weird... Why would a detective come here? Does he have a connection with Mr. Isao?'

"Kai! Rin! Oh my God, you're okay!" My dad hugged both of us tightly, as his tears run down from his eyelids. My mother also gave him a hug, as she tries to calm him down. After a minute or so, the detective and Mr. Isao sat on the couch infront of us.

"Good to see you guys are finally awake." Isao said with a genuine smile. My mother smiled and bowed, "Thank you for helping us." He had a soft smile and said, "Please, don't bow. I was just doing something anyone would do."

After a while, my mother finally asked about the detective. "Oh, right. This is detective Naomasa. He is my friend and he works for the police force. Right now, his working on a case of multiple kidnappings around the prefectures." Isao said as he introduces Naomasa.

'Naomasa? Isn't Naomasa that detective that knows about All for One?' I thought, as I stared at his figure. He has black hair and is wearing a detective's coat and a fedora. He took his fedora off and said with a smile, "Good morning."

My parents gave him a nod, before he continued. "I know this may be a bit sensitive. Since, you guys just experienced it yesterday night. But I hope, you can help me by giving me some information."

My mother sighed and said, "I'm sorry about this detective-san, but I didn't know anything because I got knocked out when the crash happened." He nodded and looked at me, "How about yours Kai. Isao-san said that you saved your mother from the crash. If you're not uncomfortable with it. Can you please tell me what happen?"

My mother wanted to say something but stopped, as I sighed, "Yes." My mom looked at me with worry, "Kai... You don't really need to tell him." I shook my head, "If they keep trying to do this... Mommy will not be safe."

I looked at the detective straight to his eyes and started explaining, "The car crash and boom. Everything was scary... I also hear people outside the car... saying something about kidnapping mommy for their boss... I panicked and created a portal for us to leave..."

As he hears my explaination, his eyes sharpened before nodding. "Anything else?" I shook my head, "No, that's all." His eyes sharpened once more before sighing. "Okay... Did you see the attackers?" I shook my head. "I don't know... but I know they said something about boss and quirk."

His eyes sharpened again and this time, I began to realize something wrong, 'Does this guy have a lie detector quirk? I thought he was quirkless.' I waited for the next question as I kept thinking about his quirk.

(A/N= This has been going around since years... Does he even have a quirk?)

"I see.. Boss... Quirk... Kidnapping..." He muttered before looking at my mother, "Mrs. Fukuna, can you please tell me your quirk?" My mother, although confused, complied and said, "Sure... My quirk is Energize. I can control energy that is around me and utilize them to power anyone and anything."

That's when his eyes widened. He went to Isao's ear and whispered something. I could not tell what he said but it's definetly a shocker because Isao's eyes widened in shock. He whispered back to the detective, before the detective gives him a nod.

He looked at both my parents with a serious face, before saying with a solemn tone, "This.. I'm afraid this problem might be more serious than I anticipated." My mother began to feel worried and asked, "What do you mean?"

He sighed and explained, "Although, I may not tell you about most of the things from the case. I can only tell you that this group of villains are very dangerous. Once they chose a target, they would do anything to get them... and if they fail the first time. They would send even stronger ones to kidnap you."

Although, I already knew the group. It's still very annoying that the damn bastard is very persistent on getting my mother's quirk. 'Fucking hell...' I clenched my fist in irritation and anger. Hecontinued and said, "If I were you, for the safety of you baby and your family. I suggest you moving to another prefecture until this settle downs."

My eyes widened, when I heard his suggestion. 'Move...? I-I guess... that's one way to delay his forces... That should also give me more time to focus on my training instead of worrying about mom for 24/7...'

My parents stayed silent, as they considered his words. It was a... very important decision. At least, that's what I'm seeing from the moods of my parents. After a while, my mother sighed, "I... I guess you're right... It's dangerous to stay... It been only a week and they have attempted to kidnap me again... Not to mention the future..."

My dad agreed and said, "Yes... but our house is definetly not safe... We don't really have anywhere to go that is safe before we leave." That's when Isao answered, "I can take care of that." Mmy father's eyes widened, "What? You don't need to do this."

He smiled and said, "I insist. Besides, my daughter would really like to play with Kai for a few more days, before leaving. She's been talking about him since they met." Miriam smiled and also agreed, "yeah, we already told you when we met each other before."

My mother smiled before saying with gratitude, "Thank you... both of you."
