"Haa… there is too much to be done when writing a novel." Kei thought before finishing writing the manuscript for his new novel. He would like to say he had a normal life however that's difficult considering It's been 14 years since he reincarnated into this world.

At first it was difficult to start again as a baby but after a while he got used to it and it didn't affect him that much. His name was Kei Himura. As he was growing up he wanted to start some businesses but he couldn't since he was still young. He had so many investment opportunities since it was the early 2000's but he didn't have money at the time. So he waited until he made some money and then went to the stock market.

As he grew up he started to research this world and the differences between it and his original world. He only checked major events from history because he doesn't know that many small events from his old world. History mostly remained undisturbed and flowed exactly as his old world did. He just came to a different world with mostly the same history.

Now you may ask why didn't Kei believe he was just in the past of his old world, right? Well, the main reason is that he saw characters from novels and manga in this world. He saw some when he was little and realized this was not his original world

He has only seen a few of them before and didn't think much of it. However, when he first came to Tokyo for middle school he noticed a ton of people that were characters from novels or anime were in the city. He mostly noticed the girls because before he died he read a lot of romance manga.

When he first came to Tokyo, he was planning to write novels from his original world to make money. He need money because he would be living alone when he came to Tokyo. The reason he could live alone was that his parents allowed him to since they knew how mature he was for his age.

He also planned to use the money he makes on the stock market so that he would be able to gain a huge amount of money.

The reason he wanted more money was to invest in companies that will become influential in the future. There is no reason not to gain an influence on the world if he could. He also felt a lot of problems could be solved with more influence.

He also wanted money to support his family in the future. Don't think that Kei wouldn't want a harem after he came into a world full of beautiful women. Even though Kei wanted a harem, it would depend on the girls if they could choose a life like that.

Anyways, back to the topic from before. He wanted to write novels However he needed to be limited to writing novels that are based in fantasy instead of reality since he didn't want to accidentally write about actual people.

Kei just finished the manuscript for his next novel so he can rest for the rest of the day. He goes to the kitchen to make himself some food. Kei also checked before to see if they had Totsuki and he was amazed that this world has it. He didn't plan on going there or anything but, it is surprising that it was here.

*Ring ring*

Just as he was about to make food, his phone rang so he checked on it. It was a message from his editor that she got the manuscript. Kei just messaged her back saying ok. He put his phone down and went to the kitchen.

When he finished making the food he called Anna. He went to her room and knocked on the door.

*Knock Knock"

"Anna, food is ready." Kei said.

Then the door opened and revealed a white hair, red-eye, girl.

"Mhm" she nodded and went to the kitchen.

They sat down and started eating. Then Kei remembered something and asked Anna a question.

"Oh right, Anna you are going to the orphanage tomorrow right?" Kei asked and she nodded.

"Alright just be careful." Kei said.

Anna nodded and continued eating.

As he was eating he was thinking about what to do tomorrow. Since it was the weekend he decided to just walk around town and shop for ingredients and look around in shops.

After they finished eating, Kei washed their plates and dried them. He then went to his room to work out.

"...98,99,100"

As sweat drips from his body He goes to take a shower. The cool water washes away all the grime and dirt on his body and makes him feel refreshed. As Kei comes out of the shower he looks in the mirror and still can't believe that he looks like a younger version of Merlin from the Fate Series. When Kei first noticed this he was shocked at his appearance but he was glad he got this look since It suits him more than a serious-looking exterior.

He puts on his clothes and starts to brush his teeth to get ready for bed. Kei leaves the bathroom and goes to his room. As he entered his room he started heading to the bed to rest for the day however, just when he was about to lay down his phone rang.

*ring*

"Who is messaging me in the middle of the night?" He yawns tiredly while checking his phone. As he looked at his phone, there was a message that an app was installed which was odd since he didn't remember installing any before. He looked at the app and it said 'Otherworld Group Chat Travel'. This made him confused since Kei thought he was reincarnated in a normal world with anime characters but, instead, it turned out to be an otherworld travel story.

"Whoever reincarnated me really wants to drastically change the genre of my life don't they. I doubt the one who made this group chat and the one who reincarnated me aren't the same person. He was probably bored watching my life until now and decided to spice things up huh." He thought out loud. As he opens the group chat he can see his name pop up.
