544 Outwitting The Opponent

The men at the courtyard talked loudly about some rated stories they heard of.

When Huang He came back to the living room, Tian Danyue was wearing a displeased and gloomy expression.

Huang He sat back down and looked at her. "What's up?"

Tian Danyue let out a snort. "These people are really uncouth."

Huang He looked towards the door and showed a smile. "At least we won't feel lonely."

Tian Danyue stared at him in confusion.

She didn't expect that Huang He would say something like that and her eyebrows were crinkled together. "What's with you?"

Huang He was not acting his usual manner and she had noticed it.

However, Huang He just shrugged it off with a laugh and tapped the ashes off the cigarette on the ashtray. "We're just waiting here endlessly anyway. If they didn't create some noises, it would be too boring."

Tian Danyue pressed her lips together for a moment as she watched him laugh but she couldn't do the same at all.
