13 Pretend to be Normal

DAVIS POV

I sighed and left her alone and went towards my room to freshen up.

I took out the black colored three-piece suit, double-breasted with white-colored shit completing the whole look with a tie and a pocket-handkerchief.

I got ready and went to the dining hall for breakfast and waited for Keifer.

Suddenly I heard I shout from Keifer room and ran towards her room without thinking twice and pushed everyone who came in my way.

By the time I reached the gate, I saw Keifer was looking at her surrounding with a hostile look.

"What happened, are you fine", I asked her.

" where am I and what are you doing here Mr. White", she replied with the angry look but asked me like I was the intruder here.

I thought, her acting is superb, she obviously saw me a few hours back then how come she can ask this kind of question.

And a smiled came on my face, she surely has joined the wrong profession for her she should have acted in a movie.

I said, " first of all it's, Davis for you", then I paused and looked at her with a smirk and continued, "secondly, I think you are well aware, what you and I are doing here".

And looked in her eyes with a meaningful stare, which was saying " you can't forget the fact we slept together" and came closer to her.

As I was taking a step after step towards her decreasing the distance between us.

Her ears started to turn red which was making her cheeks to blush.

Her looks and her every reaction which is related to me making me keen to hold her in my embrace and kiss her passionately and lovingly like there was no tomorrow.

When there was only two-step distance was remaining I stopped and whispered with a serious tone.

"I wanted to talk to you, get the change I'll be waiting for you in the dining hall", and tuck her hair behind her ears.

And she was stunned by my this action and she took a step back and nodded her head in understanding.

and left her in her room.

KEIFER POV

WHAT WAS HAPPENING,

why I was sleeping with Davis on the same bed and in his embrace.

What should I do, now he will think I'm a gold digger who can't stop to get in his pants.

Holy Shoot.

I started to curse myself, I have to do something, I can't let him think about me as a gold digger. ....if I have to achieve my goals, I need Davis help.

Suddenly an idea came into my mind, Let me show him, I don't know anything, and I don't know anything about sleep together.

and I started to shout, and he came running and stop the gate with haunted eyes like he has been struck by lighting.

And he asked me, " What happened, are you fine".

O my God, his eyes were like, he was in so much pain when he looked at me.

"where am I and what are you doing here Mr. White", I replied with the angry look but feeling ashamed for sounding him like an intruder here, but the truth was I was the alien for that house.

and he gave me an amused smile and look like I was the one who was not accepting the truth.

Which left me with a guilty feel making my ears to turn to red.

He came closer to me and said with a poker face, "I wanted to talk to you, get change I'll be waiting for you in the dining hall", and tuck my hair behind my ears, making my heartbeat to go crazy and it was running as fast as a speed of bullet train.

and he left me there without any word.

I was standing there in amusement, his action has made my legs to behave like jello.
