They were affectionate as though no one was around them, and this hurt Huo Ningxi's eyes.

His hands which were sitting on top of the table clenched into fists. As he was using so much force, the veins on the back of his hand protruded.

Huo Yunque tidied up the girl's plate and wiped his hands with a napkin, meticulously cleaning one finger at a time.

The calmer and more composed he remained, the more uncomfortable Huo Ningxi felt.
