7 Time passed

Gao He Lan spent a few days in Shanghai before flying off to Dubai to participate in one of his close business partner's opening ceremony inside the Emirate Tower. While spending his two days in Shanghai, things have changed a lot. He thought about Zhao Ting Ting and wondering how was she doing. He's the type of person who won't chase a woman unless he likes her. But now, Zhao Ting Ting haven't even called to him for at least 4 years. He could use this power to stalk her but he respected privacy.

After two days was over, his assistant, Hans drove He Lan to the airport. As they went in there, He Lan were with his two bodyguards. They went on the private jet as it will take around around nine to ten hours to Dubai.

When they arrived in Dubai, they immediately drove to the Emirate Tower to participate in the opening ceremony. He Lan barely rested ever since he was in his private jet. His brain wouldn't let him rest, he had to work.

Six months passed since the beginning of IUI, Zhao Ting Ting still couldn't believe that she was pregnant. Ever since breaking up with Lu Ting, she didn't think this will happen to her. Ting Ting was glad to know her child is growing safely and healthily. Even though she doesn't know who the father is but she's proud of being a mother.

She was still renting Mimi's apartment room, Mimi's husband didn't mind since they don't use Ting Ting's room a lot. Ting Ting was resting on the couch when she received a phone call from her parents. It's been at least half a year since she's been in contact with them.

Ting Ting's parents will be visiting her soon since Ting Ting told them she was pregnant. When they arrived at Mimi's apartment, Ting Ting saw her parents again. They were so glad she was doing well. Her mother saw Ting Ting's belly and finally smiled, "Who's the child's father?" Ting Ting shook her head, "I'm single mother, I don't have a husband but I have my best friends who will help." Her father sighed, "I'm sorry, Ting Ting. You must've hated me. You must've had a tough time afterward." Ting Ting shook her head, "Thank goodness, I had Mimi and Alex to help me. If not for them, I would've not existed."

Ting Ting looked at her parents disappointedly, "I'm sorry, Mom and dad. When I have my son, I'll move out of here. I won't be seeing you guys. I'm glad you guys visited me but I still cannot accept you." Ting Ting walked away with tears in her eyes, "Please leave." Her parents nodded and said, "Whenever you need us, we'll always be with you."

Mimi comforted Ting Ting and understood her feeling. It will be hard as a single mother. Mimi thought about an idea, "Ting Ting, have you ever thought of finding the child's father?" She nodded but instead she replied, "After my son is born, I'll try." Ting Ting smiled as she gently touched her rounded belly, "Mommy loves you so much. I can't wait to see you."

Alex and Ting Ting were walking around a park on a weekend, they've been real busy with work lately and Ting Ting really needed a break.

He carefully supported Ting Ting's back as they walked slowly. The weather was turning cooler now so Ting Ting decided to walk a bit shorter and heading back home as soon as possible. Alex dropped her off at Mimi's apartment and went up with her.

"Alex, I'm really thankful for everything. After my son is born, I'll think about it." Ting Ting had to think about whether or not moving into his home. Her house was too small and a bit cramped. She can't live with her friend forever. Alex told her she can stay as long as she wanted since she will apply for maternity leave in a few months. She still wanted to work before her son is born. Alex understood and nodded, "I'll wait for your decision no matter how long it takes."

Ting Ting will try to find her son's father no matter how long it will take since the donor was anonymous and the doctor cannot disclose it.
