"Day slow down!" I yell at the 5 year old boy racing his sister to the coffee shop. "Come on daddy were gonna miss the Tart sale!" I laugh at Daylan as I finally catch up to the two of them.

"Well it doesn't matter if you get here or not for the Tarts because ya' still have to wait on me" I pick him up and grab Lilli's hand. "Daddy do I still get to order it this time?" waking inside I look at Lilli and nod. "Go ahead me and Daylan will go pick a table".

Me and Daylan grab a nice one by the window of the vintage warm Coffee shop. Debbi (one of my bestfriends) owns the shop which makes it easier so no one judges you for... well being me. The Shop had a hanging plants and a nice fireplace. It had a magazine rack by the door and a few kid toys next to it. A few red and black booths and tables gave the shop a vibe that I couldn't describe. The alluming light from the ceiling gave it a nice glow to top it off. Plus Debbi's sweets were the best around.

I get out of my thoughts as I realize that Daylan wasn't at the table anymore "Daylan?!" I get up and head to the counter where I see both Lilli and Daylan talking to a man. His brown hair gelled back with a oomph at the top. His green-hazel coated eyes gleamed with worry at the kids. His muscles flexed every time he moved as his suit tightened around his arms. HOLY GUAC! He. Is. Hot. I just hope he's gay.

"DADDY" I come out of my thoughts (again) and look down at Daylan running towards me.

"Hey buddy, what have I told you about running off and talking to strangers?" I look at him and the stranger before looking back at him.

"But Lilli was talking to him too!" He points at Lilli accusing her as he runs to Debbi.

"Lilli..." i give her a stern look as her eyes widen.

"I was just answering a question he had and all of a sudden Daylan came up here" I nod sighing before looking at the stranger.

"I'm so sorry sir..." I grab Lilli's hand and pull her towards me.

"Yo- I mean it's fine but please watch out for your kids more." Holy quac was he about to call me fine?
