16 I Just Want You

Hazel anxiously sat inside her office. At some point, she wants to leave her office right away! But she was not a coward. Besides judging from Aiden's ambitiousness, he will not easily let her go away!

She glanced at her watch again and again. Only fifteen minutes left now! She was so occupied by her thoughts that she was startled when her secretary knocked her office door.

"Come in." Hazel responded. She tried her best to hide her anxiousness.

Cora Min came inside the office and bowed. "Ma'am, it's almost time for your meeting. Did you need any materials beforehand?" She asked.

For the first time, Hazel completely forgot about her meeting! Even she was amazed by it. She realized that she had already scheduled this meeting the day before. What will she do? She was completely dumbfounded! She remained silent for a while.

"Postpone the meeting. Reschedule at 2 p.m." She finally spoke up.

Cora Min cannot believe what she just heard! Her workaholic boss just told her to postpone the important meeting! She even thought that she heard it wrong.

"Pardon me?" She asked due to amazement. Then she saw her boss annoyed expression and regrets right away. "Yes, ma'am." She finally responded and leave the office.

Aiden Lee excitedly entered Haze Group building. He dressed himself in a casual dress. The black leather jacket that he wore suits him perfectly!

As soon as he entered the office, the workers there didn't fail to notice him!

"Hey! It's Aiden Lee!"

"I can't believe my eyes!"

"He's so hot!"

The female workers stared at him nonstop! They can't take their eyes off him! The moment he entered the building, all eyes were on him.

Aiden nodded and smiled in response to the workers attention. But it made them fall for him even more! He's always such a gentleman! No doubt that he was the dream guy of many women in the country!

Some workers approach him and asked to take a picture with him; while some asked for his autograph. He deals with all of them patiently! A lovely smile never leave his handsome face.

Being a public figure, Aiden knows very well that stepping out and showing up himself in places that have no connection with him could make him a center of gossip. But he didn't care. He was there to meet a woman who owned his heart! And at that moment and at that place, all other things were futile to him!

He calmly approached the counter and talked to the workers. "Hello! Could you inform the CEO's office that Aiden Lee is here to meet her?" He politely asked with a friendly smile.

"Of course, Mr. Lee!" The female worker who was in her late 20s nodded and call the CEO's office right away.

After about one minute, the female worker smiled and said, "Come with me, Mr. Lee. I will escort you to the CEO's office."

Then Aiden followed her and ride the elevator which directly connects the CEO's office at the top floor.

Though Aiden was a bit nervous, he didn't show it. He always puts up a friendly smile. To tell the truth, he was quite shocked when he finds out Hazel's identity.

Unlike him, she has an influential family background. She is one of the most influential businesswoman not only in UK and Korea, but also in the whole world! He also felt some pressure due to his feelings for her.

But he is a real man. He is not an irresponsible man who would run away like a coward, especially in love matter! He didn't have any intention to give up on her.

While his mind was fully occupied by many different thoughts, the elevator reached the top floor in no time. The worker led her to the door of the CEO's room.

Cora Min informed Hazel that Aiden Lee had arrived. Then for the first time, Aiden stepped inside Hazel's office.

Much to his surprise, all his anxiousness were gone the moment he saw Hazel! A feeling of excitement replaced all his anxiousness!

Hazel rose from her chair and approached Aiden. Before she could say anything, Aiden greeted her with a warm smile once again. But this time it was a bit different than before.

"Hi, Hazel!" He greeted her with a warm smile. "I think we agreed that I can call you by your name if I succeed on my mission." He added.

"Fine. Have a seat." Hazel replied. She too was not the type to revoke her words. Though she hate it, she admitted that she lose the deal.

"You have a really nice office." Aiden commented without much thought. His mind went quite blank too.

"So what is your wish?" Hazel bluntly asked.

"I want you to always smile happily like you did that day." Aiden answered her right away.

For the second time in the day, Hazel was bewildered! His wish was her happiness?! She was tight lipped and she struggled for words to say.

"I wondered why you always smile so sad. I saw you smiling many times. I don't know why but only that day when you watched the kids playing, your smile seems real. And it's so beautiful that I can't stop thinking about it." Aiden explained. His voice were gentle than ever.

"Why did you like me, Mr. Lee?"

The question caught him off guard! He didn't expect her to ask him such questions. Then he thought for a while.

"I just like you as you are. I don't care who you are or what family did you come from. I just want you." He replied. Seriousness was evident in his voice.....
