The next day, Xu Long Wei requested all the staff of Jia Garden to gather in the main hall for a sudden announcement. The staff who remembers the previous incident was adamant about moving their feet and leaving their spot suspecting that something unfortunate might happen again tonight.

However, Butler Yang reassured them that their master has no intention to reprimand them; so far, he hadn't heard any issues. Believing the Butler's word, they all moved to the area and waited for the family to arrive.

A few minutes later, three people entered the hall, so they bowed their head and greeted them in unison. Xu Li is seen holding his mother's hand while he has his father's large hand on the other side.

Xu Long Wei didn't waste any more time and address his staff. "I gathered you tonight because I have an announcement to make. In two weeks, your mistress and I have decided to open Jia garden for the first time. We will have a massive party to celebrate my marriage with your mistress. As the people I trusted the most in maintaining Jia garden, I expect everyone to do their job and make sure that the party will go smoothly."

Butler Yang was surprised by the unexpected news, but he recovers from his stunned expression then a huge smile plastered his face. Like him, the staff was also delighted, and it shows in their faces, they are glad the house they are serving will have a complete family.

Although they didn't have a pleasant opinion with their mistress at first, as they spend time with her these past few days, they learned that she is mostly misunderstood because of her silent personality. Which in their opinion should be a common occurrence for them by now, since their master is quite similar.

Learning that his parents will marry excites him, so he couldn't control himself to give them a massive hug. "Mommy, Daddy, are you really going to get married?"

Staring at the brilliant light of excitement in his son's eyes, Jia knelt and patted her son in the head. "My sweet, what are you talking about? Your daddy and I are already married; two weeks later will only be a formality to tell our family that I am your mom and that I am back."
