57 Saving a life is worth it

When Starlight and her group of friends were on the plane. They were so happy that it was over. Overall the trip was very fun and learning was awesome.

After several hours on the plane, there was an announcement for doctors on board. Starlight and Teresa looked at each other and they agreed if they announce once again they will jump in and help.

Few minutes later, unfortunately there wasn't any doctors on board, Starlight and Teresa went to help. The male patient was not breathing so Starlight asked two guys to put the male patient on the ground. Starlight asked the flight attendant for AED and ask the pilot how long we will get to the destination.

Starlight used her ears to feel the breathing but there were none. She immediately started CPR. When the AED arrived, she used it and instructed all people to stay clear because of the shock.

After switching with Teresa for several minutes, the male patient finally can breathe again.

Thanks to Starlight and Teresa quick action. Everyone on the plane applauded.

The flight attendant asked for Starlight's and Teresa's name and phone number so they will know when they tell the paramedics.

When the flight landed, paramedics arrived just on time. They took the male patient to a nearby hospital. Starlight and Teresa high fived each other because they saved a patient together.

Few hours later, Starlight received call from someone. It was the male patient's wife. Starlight politely greeted her and the wife was so grateful that his husband was saved. Then, the wife of the male patient said, "I didn't properly introduce myself, I am Mr.Li's wife, we are special VIPs. We were going to visit CEO Daniel for ATECH meeting. But due to my husband's health. We will probably delay it. We already notified CEO Daniel." Starlight was speechless and didn't know what to say. Starlight said, "It's my honor to help, Mr.Li. Mr. CEO Daniel is actually my father." Mr. Li's wife was surprised as well, "Oh goodness, this is such a small world. I cannot believe CEO Daniel's daughter saved my husband. I am eternally grateful." Mr. Li's wife said. Starlight smiled and said, "Hope Mr.Li feels better soon. Are you still planning on meeting my father after your husband recovers?"

Mr.Li will meet with CEO Daniel after Mr.Li recovers. Saving a life is totally worth it.
