10 Warmth

"Come in."

"Good morning, Sir. Here is your today's schedule. And there is some other information about Ms Scott and her daughter. But there is some problem about the information." Secretary Mu handed the files to Jedreck but after saying the last part, he lowered his head.

It's the first time his young master is interested in someone. It's his assumption. But even so his master have never been interested in the same gender, there are a few rumors about him being gay. Though he never actually have seen him being attracted that way so it's only remain rumor.

If Jedreck can hear his secretary's thought he sure gonna fire him or deduct his salary.

Hearing Secretary Mu's words Jedreck was confused but didn't let it show on his face. Jedreck asked while looking at his schedule, "What type of problem?"

Secretary lamented for a moment but at last said it, "Ms Scott's partner or her daughter's father name is unknown. Even the hospital where she's born was unknown. When I tried to look for Ms Scott's other information, their is a tight security. I tried to break it but it didn't work. And..."

"What is it?" Jedreck asked, his tone is very cold.

Secretary Mu shuddered.

"Their is information about her childhood, though it is only 3 years of her childhood. Then there is the information between 1997-2014 are secured, I tried whole night to break it and I did too but just for some seconds like 30 or 40 seconds. I think what I saw was the cause of her pregnancy. When she was 20 years old they went for a banquet, I didn't see which or where was the banquet but her step mother drugged her. And then again the security system blocked it. I tried to break it again and again but the security system became even more tight."

"Hm, Let it be. You don't have to do anything about it anymore. Now go do your work and also this appointment with Mr. Bezos, change it in a restaurant." Jedreck said but his gaze never left the file which contains the information of Valerie's childhood.

Secretary sighed and went out to do his work.

' Seems like the ice didn't break down, I still have to suffer the iceberg.' Secretary Mu thought.

" Looks like you are not a normal girl. But I'm not gonna search on you. You are going to tell me about you on your own." a smirk appear on his face. Then he remember that he had given her his card but she didn't contact him at all.

While thinking about Valerie, Jedreck couldn't help but smile happily.

This is a new but a familiar feeling. He was only attracted to the little girl but then he never met her. He tried to search her but she just disappeared like she didn't even existed. She was like an angel.

Jedreck look at the file then safely put it in his desk and proceed to do his work.

At Mary's House

Valerie was awake for a while now.

She had the dream of her being pregnant again. She loves this dream but she cannot get when she got pregnant and anything about giving birth to her princess.

But never did she hate Michaela for not knowing who is the father of her baby.

She was on her own thoughts when she hear loud voices coming from downstairs. She is already fresh so she went downstairs to have a look at. When she is outside of the room she can hear clearly what was the loud voices are saying. "Why didn't you tell me before. Now she have to go to work, how can I'm gonna spend time with my baby girl?"

"Hmph! If I said it you're gonna spend time with her before me. And who is your baby girl? Vale is mine. Don't try to snatch her from me."

"You brat, Is this how you gonna talk to me? Huh?"

Valerie already knows who is this people. She smiles lightly. She knew that Mary and her family loves her but never did she saw Mary and her mother arguing over her. She is really lucky to have them.

When she was already in the living room she saw them still bickering.

They didn't notice Valerie but a certain someone did.

When Jones saw Valerie coming in the room,he was dumbstruck. He was very happy to meet her again after so many years. When the incident happened he was aboard for his business. He didn't know what actually happened back then but he can tell that the incident traumatized her and change her. He always look at Valerie as his own sister but now looking at her gorgeous appearance his heart is beating really fast. But he still stabilize himself then went to her.

Valerie was looking at Mary and Mother Harley when she saw someone was walking towards her. When she look at the person she smiled happily. Jones almost lost his step when he saw the smile.

Valerie went up to him quickly and hug him very tightly.

"Brother Jon, How are you? Did you miss me? Did you forget about me? Huh?" Valerie ask while letting him go lightly. But before she can remove her hand, she was pulled into a embrace, a warm embrace. She knows very well who is it.

Jones was at first struck by the hug. Then when he hear Valerie's questions, he was just going to give her the answers when his mom snatched her from him.

"Don't you dare take her from me. She is going out with me today. No one going to stop me. Humph!" Mother Harley snapped at him.

Then cooed at Valerie like she is a child, "Look at my baby girl, so thin but still look stunning. Don't worry, you got me now. I'm going to make a lot of tasty food for you."

"Mother, How can you do this Vale is mine also. " The brother and sister duo retorted back. Then they started to argue with each other.

Mother Harley quickly took Valerie to her room then dolled her up and went out with her quietly not to let the two knows their disappearance.

Valerie obliged silently. She smiles slightly, she misses this feeling, the motherly warmth and being special. She really misses her mom so much.

Not too far away a black car was parked silently observing her.
