12 Boyfriend?

"What are you doing? huh? Princess is obviously missing her aunt's cooking not yours. Stop pestering her." Mrs Harley said. She dragged her husband out of the couch then settle herself where her husband was sitting.

She gently took Valerie's hand and asked, "Whatever you want to eat, tell Aunty. I will make it for you. Don't hesitate. You just need to name it and it will be ready in any moment."

Before Valerie could say anything she was dragged by a pair of large hands.

"What are you two doing? Mom you took princess for shopping and spend some quality time with her. Dad you took two days off so you can spend time with her and Mary you already had lots of fun and you could still have. What about me? I didn't have enough time to come but I still came but what I get? Dad in your absence I have to go to work. So I can't have that much time to spend. Today I am taking a break from work and don't disturb me and baby Vale." Jones said.

After his outburst he didn't give them the time to object as he was already out of the door and out of the house with Valerie tagging along.

" What just happened?" Mary said still bewildered.

" That, that nerve of the boy, did he just shout at us?" Mrs Harley said after she came to her senses.

Father Harley is still in shock cause that's the second time his son became this excited.

But the cause of the excitement is still the same person.

When the incident happened, Jones was aboard and after informing him he took the first flight to come back. That's the first time he got excited and now today for the second time.

Now that he think about it Jones never had a girlfriend, to any women except his mother and sister he has his cold expression but to Valerie he was all smiles.

He then turned around to look at his wife and she has the same expression as him. Looks like they are thinking alike.

On the other hand, Valerie and Jones are sitting on a luxurious restaurant having their occasional conversation.

"How have you been doing this years?" Jones asked, face full of tenderness.

"I've been doing well Brother Jon, What about you? I heard that you are planning on permanently moving here." Valerie said looking at the menu.

She is really hungry right now. After shopping she didn't have the chance to eat anything.

"I've been doing well too. And actually I am not sure if I'll be able to move here, Permanently." Jones said, also looking at the menu.

"And why is that?" Valerie said finally looking at him.

"Our company is doing well here but in overseas our new branches are not doing well right now. They need a leader or you can say adviser. So, if I have to be the one then it will take minimum 2 or 3 years to be settle those matters and so I'm not sure about this. Forget about it. What do you want to eat. You can order anything you want to. Did you see yourself, How skinny did you became? Eat a lot, princess. If you put on a little bit of flesh, it won't make you chubby but you will look more cute." Jones said.

A waiter came to them," Are you ready to order, Sir and Ma'am? "

Valerie was the first one to say yes, then she ordered those dishes that attracted her attention.

Jones smile fondly at her.

After ordering they continued their chatting.

Few minutes later the dishes came.

Jedreck was in a lunch meeting for hours. After they are done, the clients left.

He also walk out from the private room. But before he could leave the restaurant, he saw a very fine gentle looking man touching Valerie's cheek with so much affection in his eyes.

In reality, Jones is just trying to wipe out the food that is on her cheek.

Jones has always been a good brother to her and to Jones Valerie is like Mary, so she is also a sister to him. Since childhood he was there for her like a brother should be. She never lacks brotherly love.

But in Jedreck eyes, they are like a couple.
