9 Moving Through Life. Chapter Nine: My Struggle

I'm in a black hole, I guess this is is my new home.

Waste caught me by the legs while I tried to run, and hurled me down, shoveling the dirt over me, laughing in my face telling me I can never leave.

I'm lying here facedown in this dirt filled hole, not knowing if I'll ever again move.

The worms and the ants crawl all over me, they just won't let me be.

I suppose they have to boast that now I'm here to roast in this mud guttered cage.

No air to breath, no way it can be, in here is neither a glimmer nor piece of grain I could eat.

I'm one with the insects, already near to capture the last bit of life, it's the death of me.

But that's not enough, still Waste mocks, here he knocks from I don't know where, proceeding to laugh, exceeding to curse and insult me.

"Do you like it here? It's very cozy, now you won't ever have to be cold to sleep."

He brandishes his tall, sharp pike, it comes through the mound to where I am; He jags and cuts me viciously, my blood soaking the dirt, turning it to crimson, red.

A bed of evil, a stead of torture, I clench my teeth in pain, tears running down my face.

My fists grip the dirt and bugs, hugging them with an agonizing strength.

When the bloody pike came down once more upon my head, I grabbed and gripped it, holding it tight.

I forced the weapon towards my assailant, beating him with the end of the pike; Pulling it back, and then forcing it into his face, a race for survival.

Finally with the final draw of the pike, I slowly pull it far back and aim, hopefully, it will strike his brain.

I thrust the weapon dealing my last blow, the pike went all the way up through the hole and bedded itself into his head.

Tough times can't keep me down, I'm going to keep moving, those who hurt me will get burned out of my circle.
