1 A Kitten And He

Every day, every morning, every evening, I await your text message; The eternal star which nothing can par, that illuminates the night.

Each second of the minute that you aren't in it, becomes dull where I lull in reflections. In blissful reminisces of your face and speech, you teach such sweet melodies, my remedies.

Yesterday, I found a small kitten, bitten by the scar of helplessness and omission; My mission is to show her what love is. I had toiled the entirety of the day for her care and share of food and contentment.

As you can well imagine, it was an exhausting day, but words cannot express how many gleeful hours tower in this existence.

Topsy (her name), fell absolutely in the sweetest, most innocent and childlike love with me; I'm her mother, and will smother her in love.

How great it is that I am to obtain this fate!

Several months ago, in my yard, I espied a juvenile possum, which I felt was awesome. He was such a little thing, and in need of assistance; An outside cat's persistence in chasing it propelled me to help him.

Before I knew it, I had a strong, deep urge to keep it as my own. To my great distress, my parents addressed to me that I could not have him. So, it was lended over to my friend, a wildlife expert and rehabber.

I missed the little possum very much, as I do to this day, I knew he could not stay. I prayed and hoped to save another animal as I spoke to others on the subject.

And my gift and surprise, as I have surmised, is my little kitten, Topsy

Although I am reluctant since now from not having much time to talk to you; You have been very bearing, caring, and patient with me. You never complained nor blamed my absence, but always praise me and raise my heart by calling me, Beautiful.———————
