80 To my dear brothers

Marceline and August stood behind watching the goodbye to people they did not know. Iston and Tanji alerted them to Mirna's arrival, that despite having returned the day before, she preferred to stay away from them for her own mental comfort. She would go see them when she calmed down.

During breakfast, Mirna introduced herself to her son's group. Ray introduced his mother and the Red Sugars now understood his relationship to Mirna. When Ray first introduced himself, they thought that he might be a relative or even a distant nephew of the sorceress Blackout. It did not even remotely cross their minds that he was Mirna's lost son, and this made them realize that the boy was hiding more than he was saying. Iston and Tanji for their part, already knew this fact through the chain contract made with Meraki, but they omitted to be surprised at the table, leaving everyone wondering if the pair was also hiding something else.

The diners greeted the new member of the family and continued with breakfast. With this event, it would be a long time before something new and surprising caught them off guard.

At noon, it was the Predators' turn to learn that their partner's son had turned up alive. August studied Ray suspiciously, while Marceline was wary. Ray could only think that if he had treated them more in his previous life, he today would know how to deal with the couple. The boy laughed excitedly at the scene and handed the telescope to his comrade.

The crewman who could not distinguish more than desert before his eyes, when looking through the telescope was scared to notice that down there was an endless jungle and an inhabited city, relating the event to a Crystal Clouds plan.

-The shield is clearly the work of Jupiter and the trucks are from Helium. I don't understand, why go so far and meddle with the inhabitants of this world? They are not supposed to be fond of interacting with anything that is useless, unless .... shit, is Nikola's prophecy about to be fulfilled? - the crew member began to feel fear

-Hahahaha ... look at these coordinates and tell me what you see- the boy calibrated the telescope and let the crew member give his opinion

Meraki came out onto the roof after sensing a strange presence. His father told him to go investigate and without hesitation he went in search of the anomaly. When he got to the roof there was nothing strange, except a black cat looking at him.

The cat approached, began to purr and caress Meraki's leg. He took the cat and observed it carefully, he noticed that he was wearing a necklace with Rubi's name engraved on the medal. He was surprised that there was a cat hanging around there and when he was taking it inside to ask who the animal belonged to, he noticed that it had a message written behind the name.

Meraki was alerted and searching everywhere, for someone who left no trace. He deduced that they only came to drop off the kitten and then they disappeared. He cracked a smile and exclaimed into the air.

-Thank you uncle, I'm going to tell dad about your gift-

He withdrew from the roof without realizing that there was a boy with a cat in his arms leaning against the wall watching everything.

-No problem. I just hope that one day we kill that plague so we can go home- Ulrich crossed a portal to disappear

-Hahaha ... Ulrich, you son of a bitch, you were snooping with. As soon as I thought of you, you appeared without me calling you- Ray laughed non-stop

The message his brother had sent him was just to tell him the current status and location of both him and Cedric.

"Blue Sky Vega. Arcturus Icebreaker. NE Juno. Blackout ♥"

Mirna kept the cat snuggled in her lap while she interpreted Ulrich's message. He was practically telling them that he was wandering in the sky, perhaps on some stolen airship, that Cedric was traveling by boat and was going on a rampage without stopping in the Northeast of Juno's continent and to finish the message he sent greetings to his teacher.

Mirna could only shake her head to her student, who was clearly insane and retained her fanaticism for cats.

The twins sat on the floor and caressed the kitty who was asleep on his grandmother's lap. Meraki clutched his head as he saw what his uncle's gift caused to his family. Ray was holding his stomach from laughing so hard. It was the first time he had received such funny news in a long time and he was happy to know that his entire family was safe.

On his side, Cedric got Ulrich's message and started yelling on the deck of the ship. Although the news relieved him a bit, the fact that he found out that his younger siblings were ahead of him pissed him off.

-Damn you Ulrich! What the hell do you have against me! You better take care of him or else you will see, one day I will catch up with you and tear you to pieces-
