Thunder rolled over head. Lord Mephis smiled, "What's the matter? I thought you were going to defeat me?" Sin gritted his teeth and lunged forward towards Lord Mephis, "DON'T MOCK ME!" Sin swung his scythe at Lord Mephis, but he threw his hand up catching the blade in the air. "Wh..what?" Sin asked struggling to force the blade down. Lord Mephis pushed the blade off, and with the palm of his hand blew Sin back. "You are going to have try harder than that," Lord Mephis replied laughing. "It would seem now would be a better chance if any," Daigo said smiling. River and Michael nodded pulling out their Embodiment Stones. Daigo held his stone forward, "COME BERYTH!" A yellow and green light exploded around Daigo enveloping him in green light. Vines sprung from the ground encasing him in a sphere, and the light erupted through. After a moment the aura died down and Daigo stood covered in stone armor and his hair had grown down to his back and his eyes burned green. "Well, it's been quite some time hasn't it boy?" Beryth asked. Daigo nodded, "Something has come up, and I need your assistance." Beryth laughed, "Well it's about damn time." River's sphere erupted in golden flames consuming him whole. When he emerged he had red dragon wings and orange armor with dragon scales on his body, his eyes were yellow with slits in them. "I was wondering when you would need my power again," Osiris said. "It's too help a friend, and to avenge another," River replied. Michaels sphere opened and streams of white and blue light emerged surrounding him as yellow aura pulsated around him. After the light faded, he stood incased in blue and yellow armor, golden feathered wings sprouted from his back and his skin radiating with eyes burning like blue flames. "Apollo, you've requested my assistance?" Gabriel asked. Michael smiled, "Yes, the world needs purification." Lord Mephis stared, "Well, this is a change of events." River stepped over and helped Sin to his feet, "He's outnumbered, even with that power he can't beat the four of us," he said. Sin nodded, "Something's different though, this power it's darker, and more malevolent." River stared at Lord Mephis, "Nothing we can't handle." The armies behind Sin, River, Michael, and Daigo advanced forward. "We can help too," Drake said. "Yeah don't leave us out," Jon said. "I agree," Martin also said. "Mephis! There isn't anything you can do, you can't fight all of us!" Sin shouted. Lord Mephis began to laugh, "True, I may not be able to fight your army, however I do have something that can!" Mephis raised his hands in the air and red lightning bellowed down from the sky striking the ground. The ground craked and split open and through the opened ground crawled out thousands of demons. "BEHOLD THE ARMY OF AMONITH!" The demons growled and roared at Sin and the others. "Shit, this is going to be a bit tougher," Daigo said, "I lost count after the first thousand." "We can hand me them," Dan said, "You guys focus on Mephis." Dan rose his sword and directed it towards the demons, "DESTROY EVERY LAST ONE OF THEM!" he cried as he charged towards the other army. As the battle raged, Lord Mephis, Sin, River, Michael, and Daigo stood, "Now, shall we get this underway?" Lord Mephis asked smiling. River and Michael charged Lord Mephis. "Two on one? How unfair," Lord Mephis said as he raise his arms outward grabbing both River and Michael and slamming them into the ground. Sin jumped into the air and fired a blast of dark energy at Mephis. The blast exploded and Daigo rushed in through smoke slamming his stone fist into Lord Mephis' face. "I GOT HIM," Daigo said. "I wouldn't be so sure of yourself," Lord Mephis replied as he fired a blast of green energy into Daigo's stomach sending him upward. Sin rushed in swinging his scythe towards Lord Mephis. "Again?" Lord Mephis asked putting his hand up. Sin grinned, "Not this time." Sin teleported and appeared behind Lord Mephis. With his arm extended he formed a circle with his other hand. The circle opened and white blast formed, "COSMIC RAY ETHERION!" Sin cried. The white blast surged towards Mephis hitting him head on. "Got him," Sin said panting. River, Michael, and Daigo regrouped with Sin, "Was that it?" Daigo asked. As the smoke cleared Lord Mephis walked towards the four grinning. "Me and my big fucking mouth," Daigo said. "If that's all you have to offer, than this fight will be over soon enough," Lord Mephis said with a smile.
