Mortal insanity, and madness

A regular boy, 13 years of age, living with his 42 year old mom and 71 year old grand mother, starts to have mental breakdowns, mood swings, tics, and twitches all brewing together making the poor innocent boy insane day by day night by night. The boy grows with insanity and rage lashing out at people not with words but physically leading to enormous events that could end the world.
